At the village of Makryotika, right above the town square, it offers lots of privacy and tranquility, while also being just a 5' drive away: from the lively bars, cafés and restaurants of Agia Effimia to the one side and the famous Myrtos beach with its breathtaking sunset to the other. Its central location within Kefalonia also serves as a base for daily excursions to explore the rest of the island.

The house is made of stone and was built in 2020 having the traditional style of the old village as a standard. It is located in the upper neighborhood of Makryotika, a sunny semi-mountainous village with an excellent microclimate. It is built aphitheatrically with view to Agia Efimia's bay, where the most services are located. Additionally, the famous Myrtos beach is only 10 minutes away by car. In the picturesque square you will find a Mini Market and two taverns with great local cuisine.
