Where do I begin! Adriana really made this trip for us. She was very quick to respond and never gave me bad news. She made my guest and I feel better comfortable and we honestly believe the stay wouldn’t have been the same if it was with a different HOST! She was fantastic! Don’t get me started on the lovely property. I am currently writing this at work where I she’s spent most of my time reminiscing our stay. From happy atmosphere to relaxing pool side and admiring the beauty within the yard. Not only that but the property was close to everything while also being secluded and in a quiet and safe neighborhood, which is very hard to come by. I wish I can go back and I’ll be sure to make the wish come true. My guest and myself, 100% plan on coming back…it’s all just a matter of when. Thank you Adriana, you and your property gave us one of the best weekends ever! If you’re reading this, it’s your sign to book it!

This was our 2nd time staying here and will definitely be back again next year, God willing! Home is always super clean. Fully stocked with absolutely everything you need and more. . Beds are super comfortable.. The backyard is like an Oasis and you feel like you’re at a resort. We got to see a SpaceX launch from the beach, which is literally just steps away. Janessa is a great host and very accommodating. We also did a 2 hour sunset sail on the Banana River with a company called Cocoa Beach Catamaran & saw lots of dolphins & manatees. They are about 5 miles down the road at the Island Time Marina. So much fun stuff to do within minutes. This is our one of our favorite Airbnb’s. Thank you again Janessa for another great year. 💕

Great place! Would definitely stay here again! Loved the pool and close drive to the beach. Clean house. We did a lot of cooking in the kitchen- had all necessary kitchen items. Enjoyed the local recommendations- went to Surfin Turtle 3 times for ice cream, our kids loved it! Quiet neighborhood! Felt right at home! Thanks for a great family vacation!!

Close to local beaches, clean, lots to do, host was good at communicating

We had such a wonderful time at Lindsey's place. Very clean, new and an absolutely amazing location. She was an incredibly responsive host. The views from the master bedroom and balcony are unbeatable. Pool was plenty big, heated and some pool toys available in the garage. We were lucky enough to see probably 10-15 sea turtles swimming near shore as they were nesting on the beach at night. The "walk" to the beach was simply going over the small wooden walkway/stairs down to the beach. As easy as it gets! (the tiny path before the wooden stairs could use a solid weed whacking but was fine). Also, we got to see two Space X launches from the beach! It was a great trip with my three kids (11,8,6) and I would highly recommend Lindsey's place.

Private beautiful home with a swimming pool and many other things to keep the kids busy. Home was very spacious with clean bathrooms. Love the kitchen area. Spacious and bright. Beautiful back yard with a pool and hot tub. I enjoyed relaxing in hot tub every night after enjoying the hot sun. Peaceful and quiet. Temps for hot tub could have been a tad hotter. Overall this home was exceptional.

This place gets 100 STARS 🌟 from me! My son had a military exercise at Patrick Space Force Base Cocoa Beach and I needed a place for us to stay for 4 days . After reviewing several hotels in the area ALL with terrible reviews i was stuck. I decided to look at Airbnb and one of the first to come up was Jenn’s place . So I booked it the minute I looked at the listing and it was exactly what i needed and more. If I could give it 100 stars I would. When you arrive somewhere and it’s exactly as described and it exceeds your expectations it’s refreshing! It was clean, neat, no odors, huge bed, gleaming kitchen, laundry. It had amenities you cannot get at a hotel. Beach chairs ,umbrellas etc. It is located in a great neighborhood in small older condo complex that is well landscaped and also clean. Best of all ! This place was SO quiet. I mean you could hear a pin drop . Not a sound day or night. I would highly recommend this place and would stay here again. Thank you for a great stay !

We needed a place close to the hospital and this was perfect. Cottage was nicely decorated and renovated. All the necessities were available. Pleasant, fenced yard to sit in or play with the dog. Very quiet street. Would absolutely stay there again.

This house was an absolute joy to stay in. We disnt need to leave the property to be entertained, it had what we wanted all on site. The fishing, paddle boat, canoe, were all very enjoyable. Sitting on the deck at sunset and sunrise right on the water was amazing.

Ariel is a super host for this gem of a house. Always responsive, flexible and the house was in prestine conditions. A relaxing weekend with magical views and surroundings.

The description on AirBnB undersold this place. Very comfortable, garage space very functional (even if you don't have cars), good supply of dishes, glasses, silverware, etc. in the kitchen. Super clean. Everything worked. Key Lime pie in the fridge over the top. Loved the location near Bon Steele Park and the river access on property. North Jetty of Sebastian Inlet was closed while we were there so we missed that. Alan knows his stuff regarding fishing this area!

Mrs. Ali and her home were perfect! Her home had everything we needed, so she pays attention to detail! She went above and beyond, even had a cute basket made for my daughter's birthday (my daughter loved it)! I ultimately chose her home because of the hot tub, but we were surprised with even more. The corn hole, putt putt golf strip, and other amenities was icing on the cake! The house smelled great, sheets smelled great, the house even had bikes and beach toys for our use! This has been a stay to remember! Thank you so much for sharing your home; we are grateful!🦋

We loved our stay at Williams home! We cooked and grilled and hung out by the pool in the evening and visited different beaches each day. Many grocery stores nearby and many great restaurant options as well. Would definitely recommend this home and host to others and would love to stay again!

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Wonderful area. The home was bright and had plenty of space. Kris is a sweetheart to rent from. I will definitely recommend this listing to everyone I know staying in the area.

Anabel’s place was perfect, a short distance from the USSSA Baseball complex, the beach, restaurants, and Grocery Stores all we needed for our stay

Highly recommend!!! Would most definitely stay again. The accommodation has everything you would need. Neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful. Having a carport was a nice extra to have available. Hosts were very nice, responsive and helpful.

House was very beautiful and clean! Located in a wonderful quiet neighborhood and close to town for shopping and restaurants. Most big shopping center were located within 5 minutes drive time which is really convenient for picking up things you may have forgotten. Community pool was very large with a nice deep end to appease people of all ages. Kathy was also incredibly kind, helpful, and responsive when asked questions. I cannot recommend booking this home enough! Great value for what you get, and perfect for families.

Ahmed was very accommodating to our check in times when needed and responded to all of our needs and questions with amazing timing. I travelled from WV to FL to visit my mom, who lives about 30 minutes away, for her 90th birthday. The split floor plan and fourth bedroom/office were really handy when my daughter and her family joined us from SC for part of the time. The amazingly massive master suite/bathroom/closet was such a treat. Nancy has a truly beautiful, comfortable and peaceful home. The neighborhood is very quiet and we loved the view of the canal from the lanai and the large grill. The huge dining table was the perfect workspace for my mom and I to spread out our projects and quilt to our hearts' content. We chose to eat in and there wasn't anything we lacked in the kitchen for meal prep. Nancy is very generous with household supplies and pantry staples. There were beach towels/chairs available as well as a small umbrella. Nancy was prompt and attentive in responding to some cleaning issues and any questions I had. All in all, we had a great stay and I would book this home again if I am ever in the area.
