House holiday rentals in Malacca Strait

This is my second time booking this homestay – the house is super spacious and very clean. We had a birthday event this time, and everything was provided – tables, chairs, all complete. Really recommended! The owner is friendly and easy to talk to. Such a beautiful home… I love it!

My stay was very pleasant. Villa is very well placed, very clean, very professional service, very smiling. The view and sunset are amazing. very close to the restaurant and 7 eleven shop. Special thanks to Pu,Nina and Annika.

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation was perfect for us, as we were looking for a place within walking distance to the beach that also had a swimming pool for the kids. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout our stay. However, the common area can get quite hot during the morning and afternoon. It would be great if more fans were provided. For the the dining area, installing blinds to block out the direct sunlight would make the space more comfortable. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. Right in front of the homestay, there’s a nasi lemak restaurant that opens at night.

We are here to enjoy the weekend together with the team and be a bit more chill. Met the expectations, and everyone rested well. Whoever wants to come in a group, I think is a good choice beds are more than enough to fit everyone. There is also another small cottage which female and male can seperate out

Real villa feel so close to the Ipoh city. The place is cleaned and well maintained with lots of amenities. Good for big families. Pool is amazing. They had a dining table that converts to a pool and ping pong table, an arcade console and a karaoke set with mics, more than enough to keep all of us entertained! 😊

This house has by far the most beautiful view in Ko Lanta. We spent three weeks in this spacious, bright, immaculately clean house. The one thing that stood out most was the thoughtful amenities included within the house. A kind welcome note and a basket full of snacks along with a few fresh food items went a long way after traveling all day. We loved lounging by the pool and having a clean private beautiful place to return to. We ran the air conditioner most nights until the morning and let the fans run throughout the day. Electricity is a separate charge that averaged us an additional $9.00 per day. I would highly recommend renting a car if staying here.

Leys place was amazing! There are so many good things about this place! Everything was very new and clean and the whole house felt like a hotel. Towels and toiletries all provided. Hospitality top notch! The pool table and the swimming pool were an excellent addition and the whole family loved it. Even the karaoke system was amazing. It was so fun and everybody enjoyed it. The house was spacious and has enough beds to house our whole family of 18 people. The house was arranged and decorated by prioritising families. The aircons were all new and functioning perfectly. Just behind the house were a whole bunch of eateries. All walking distance. Very convenient. Ley was extremely accommodating and very responsive. It really helped when we were managing such a big group of people. Overall this place was such a great find and we enjoyed ourselves tremendously. Will definitely be back if we come back to Ipoh!

Booked this place to have a simple company dinner/get together / meeting, place is easy to find, check in and out was seamless, spacious and very clean, on a weekend parking is ample. Would def book this place again thank you so much for the lovely stay

Perfect place to spend a night in Bukit Lawang on a budget! Got everything we needed. The balcony overlooking the river is a great place to relax! Communication was easy and helpful!

I like this homestay very much, it's very photogenic, it's not close to the main road, it's very quiet at night, but the mosque nearby will chant at 5am, this is probably a problem that all homestays in the old city have.You can walk 10 minutes in the morning to see the sunrise at the surname bridge, and the mural street is also within a 10-minute walk.There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, perfect for large families or groups of friends.The stairs to the second floor are a little steep, but my parents, who are 70+, can go up and down, no problem.When we checked in, the housekeeper helped us to move our luggage upstairs, and when we left, they delayed our check-out until 2 o'clock.The room air conditioner is Panasonic, and the air conditioning is very powerful, which is especially important in the hot and humid Penang.The room has two bathrooms and two shower rooms, one on the first floor and one on the second floor.The shower room and washroom on the second floor are on the outdoor terrace and can only be reached through a door. It is slightly inconvenient at night. The neighborhood is safe, and there is no problem going to the terrace at night.

We had a wonderful stay at Stephanie’s! The place was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Stephanie showed us all around and made sure we knew how everything worked which was incredibly gracious of her. Our guests loved the pool and the beauty of the view from all the balconies. We’d easily stay again!

Staying with Leony was a pleasure. The location was perfect and leony was always available to answer our questions.

The villa was well-maintained, clean and comfortable. We had a great stay. The beds were comfortable / rooms were spacious. The AC worked well, a huge plus in the heat! Loved having a private pool / well-equipped kitchen / strong Wi-Fi. The host was very responsive and helpful. It felt very peaceful and private. There were quite a few bugs, but that’s probably expected in such a lush, natural setting

This place was amazing – even better than the photos! The swimming pool was clean and well-maintained, the karaoke system was so much fun, and every room had its own hairdryer, which was super convenient. It’s clear the host put a lot of thought into making the stay comfortable. Definitely coming back again!
