Stunning views across the Auxois countryside from both house and garden. Very comfortable double bedroom with private entrance & ensuite bathroom in a sleepy hamlet. The heated garden kitchen can be enjoyed year round providing simple cooking facilities, dining table and armchairs. There is an area for alfresco meals, a small herb garden & deck chairs to enjoy the spectacular views; off road parking. The owners, Bill and Jenny Higgs live next door - very discreet but always on hand to help.

This accommodation has its own private entrance + free private parking right in front of the accommodation accompanied by a sheltered terrace for beautiful days.

Studio with independent entrance located in our main residence including lounge area, equipped kitchenette lounge area, office area, shower room with toilet, king size bed located on the mezzanine. The garden of the house adjoining the studio and at your disposal, pétanque court. Pets are allowed with pleasure as long as you incorporate it into the reservation. It is on the terrace of our beautiful traditional Mongolian yurt of 32 m2 that you can quietly admire the hilly landscapes that form the beginnings of the Auxois-Morvan. In a place where tranquility and agricultural activities mix, you will be less than 30 minutes from Dijon, in a rural area that offers great opportunities for visits and walks. The yurt is labeled Accueil Paysan, so you can discover, if you wish, products and activities of the place

Private room for 2 people, independent of our home, with bathroom and kitchenette. Parking in closed courtyard or on the street. Shops in the village Calm and relaxation are the major assets of our studio.

Independent accommodation located between Dijon (10' by the free A38, itself 2') and the Ouche valley, with its small villages, hiking trails, etc. Village crossed by the Burgundy Canal and its cycle path, 10' from the Prenois circuit, and close to the wine route. Presence of various shops and services in the village and neighboring villages.
