We enjoyed our stay in the beautiful village in the fjord. The house is pretty, rooms are comfortable, kitchen is equipped with all you need. And...the jacuzzi rocks!

Anita and Björn are amazing people! We were well received, showed us and explained everything the cabin. Invite us to extend to them at home for tea with pastries Anna made including strawberry jam and homemade raspberries. Get to know a little bit of local people - it's her one-of-a-kind life, that's why we love Airbnb. The latte is cute, has all the basic and necessary things. The bedrooms are upstair with quite steep stairs, at night it is a bit difficult to get down to the toilet. We got along with a family of 4 people. For 3-4 nights it is quite reasonable to stay in the cabin and compromise on the comfort of a larger, more well-equipped home (and also more expensive). Total pretty good value for the price. The Great Benefits - Perfect location to see the Northern Lights. We saw a few times right next to the house. There is also a nearby car park 3 minutes drive. There is a natural slide in the garden and the kids played for hours in the snow and slide. The sauna is just something extremely rare - a must try, unusual experiences! With sea view and warmth with trees. (Extra charge).

Amazing place and amazing view! We saw the Northern Lights 2 times from the terrace. Hennes is very clear and responsive in giving directions. Everything perfect, recommended!

Marielle's place is very spacious, clean and has a fantastic view over the fjord. It is a great location to go skitouring on Kvaløya, one route starts only a few minutes away from the house. There is a well equipped, large kitchen and a great coffee machine. Everything was very clean and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

The stay in Sommarøy was simply unforgettable, and much of the credit goes to our wonderful host, Shuning. From the first moment, he welcomed us with rare kindness and helpfulness, making us feel as if we had known each other forever. The apartment was comfortable, cozy and perfectly equipped with everything you need for a pleasant and relaxing stay. Every detail was carefully taken care of and we immediately felt at home. A gesture that we particularly appreciated was his generosity in making his bicycles available to us, thanks to which we were able to explore the island in total freedom, fully enjoying the beauty of Sommarøy. Thank you very much, Shuning, for making this experience special. We highly recommend her accommodation to anyone who wants to discover this Norwegian corner of paradise! Sigrid was the perfect host! She sent us tips about hikes and what to visit in the region. The day of our check-out it was heavily raining, so Sigrid agreed for us to stay a couple of hours longer. The house was perfectly clean and at walking distance from the supermarket. Thanks Sigrid for the hospitality and flexibility!

This house offers an extraordinary view of the sea and the Northern Lights on the beautiful island of Sommarøy. The decor is impeccable, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere, especially with the warm fireplace that adds to the charm. The house is fully equipped with everything needed for a wonderful stay, and it is conveniently located close to Tromsø and the ferry to Senja. Runne was an excellent host, always attentive and even gave us Northern Lights alerts, which made our experience even more special. A perfect choice for anyone visiting Sommarøy!

Very nice and clean accommodation. The landscape is very peaceful. The host is friendly and really very responsive to messages. We didn't miss anything. If we come back to this area we would rent this place again without hesitation!

Wonderful location, not far from the airport, with stellar views out to the fjord. There are many outstanding hikes within a 45 minute radius. Thanks for the pointers on hiking and the excellent market nearby. Lena’s cabin is definitely recommended.

Nice house and enough space for summer and winter equiment. Super good informations from the host and perfect located to Tromsø and the surrounding.

John's place is very cozy and lovingly furnished. The location by the sea is ideal and ski tour stops can be reached with a short drive. We saw dolphins right from the living room. John always responded immediately and was always helpful.

We had a wonderful stay and felt at home. The location is unique with a view of the fjord. The house has everything you need to live and is well equipped. It was spotlessly clean and pleasant. We can give our full recommendation and would love to come back for another visit to Senja.

The space is amazing. Well equipped. Great location for what we wanted to do in the area. Our favorite home in our two week stay. But even better than the space, was the host. Jovanna was so communicative, friendly, thoughtful, and accommodating. Far and away the best Airbnb host we have encountered in our many many years of travel.
