House with a small garden

Relax in this tranquil and unique home in the heart of a medieval village full of character. On the 1st floor, living room and equipped kitchen (+dishwasher). The kitchen overlooks the small private garden. A staircase takes you to the second floor with a large bedroom and bathroom. Unfortunately, the house is not suitable for people with disabilities because of the stairs. St Gengoux is in a great location, surrounded by vineyards and has direct access to a bike path.

Come and take a break in this small cozy completely refurbished accommodation located in the building of our main home. You have an independent entrance, with a private terrace equipped to fully enjoy the sun and the unobstructed view of the surrounding countryside and also access our swimming pool. Access to the cottage is facilitated by the proximity of a major highway (RCEA), 10 minutes from the Chalon Sud highway exit and 15 minutes from the Creusot TGV station.

Our cottage was partly renovated by us to make it a welcoming and relaxing place. This old barn where my grandfather and then my dad pressed the grapes, from this time there remains the screw of the press which proudly stands in the center of the living room. The charm of the old meets the comfort of modern materials, we hope you will find in this place a haven of peace to recharge your batteries. Our small hamlet is located in the Burgundian countryside. The cottage Le cocoon welcomes you in a small traditional house on two levels. The main room with its old terracotta tile, includes an equipped kitchen, a dining area, a lounge area in front of the wood stove, a 90 cm bed. Upstairs a pleasant mezzanine space, with its 160 cm bed, welcomes you for restful nights. Wifi and TV. Possibility of booking a sophro-relaxation session on site, alone or in pairs. Winemaker's house and former goat barn dating from the 18th century, carefully renovated. It is located in a small village near Burnand and Saint-Gengoux-le-National (all shops and services). The house is in a very touristy area: Castles, medieval villages, caves, wine route... Hiking and mountain biking. This house is the representation of Us – my partner and I – "warmth, comfort, cocooning, artistic, colorful, atypical, serenity and Love"

Bernadette, Jean-Claude and Estelle are happy to welcome you to the Gîte de la Vallée and offer you a stay in the countryside in a family setting. Its 62 m² of living space offers you a pleasant space that everyone can enjoy. The Gîte de la Vallée is a pretty stone building located near Taizé and 15 km from Cluny. If you enjoy walking or cycling, the greenway is 1 km away. The cottage is rented without sheets or towels.
