The room was really great! We did not expect that the room we booked has a balcony. The lady receptionist communicated really well and showed us around the room. The host was more than welcoming and was very responsive to my queries. The unit was cozy and extremely reasonable for the space and facilities offered. Only thing is the water temperature was always hot day and night.

We had an amazing stay in Langkawi! Our host was super kind and always available whenever we needed anything. The place is located just next to the airport which is really convenient (the grab was only 5RM). Don’t worry about the noise because we actually never had to complain about it! Also, you can get great views of the planes. The WiFi in the room worked really well. There’s a large swimming pool outside, and the setting of the place was really nice. We felt like we were immersed in nature, and we also had a nice view of the private beach. However, just be aware that there are a lot of insects which is normal considering the location and the surroundings. There is an outdoor bathroom, but don’t worry because the bathroom was really clean. Just be careful of mosquitoes, bring some repellent with you. If not, there are electric repellents in the room that you can switch on.

Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Genting for holiday! Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed in a room at Rhazif. The room turned out to be very bright and spacious, with large windows facing the courtyard, which ensured peace and quiet. The bed was very comfortable, with snow–white linens, and the bathroom was clean with good water pressure. There was a hairdryer, iron and various utensils in the room, which was a nice addition. Everything necessary for a comfortable stay was provided: a kettle, coffee, tea, a set of towels, a TV. Rhazif was very friendly and helpful, always ready to help. The location of the hotel was in a cozy, quiet place with a swimming pool. We were very satisfied and we will be happy to come back again!"

I’ve stayed at this place several times whenever I’m visiting near UTM, and it’s always a wonderful experience. Me and my friends had a great time at Fern’s place. Its private, has a swimming pool, and nice spacious open area to do BBQ at night and just hang-out and appreciate the serenity of nature.

The listing is 100% accurate with private attached bathroom. Very clean. Friendly staff, welcoming and felt right at home. Nice pool. Peaceful environment in the heart of the city. Best to have a car in this location but 5 minutes to everything. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Great experience. Will come again.

Clean and beautiful room, same as the pictures. Good location, next to the Petronas towers (a must). Within the accommodation, a spacious and well equipped gym for the fitness lovers we are. The cherry on top: the rooftop pool!!! Amazing view. Really lovely! Thanks for your friendly welcome

Good location, slightly further away from the main blocks

What a gem of a place! The view was absolutely beautiful, and the place was very comfortable. Kids and family really enjoyed it. Super easy access and walk to Jonker Street and amazing view of the waterway and the ship.
