Beachfront holiday rental in Maldives

It was a pleasure to be on vacation at MIT’s house. Good house and environment. I will recommend it for families! Manager is very reactive and communication was easy.

We spent fantastically beautiful days here! The hotel is very clean and equipped with air conditioning and TV with Netflix. It has a perfect location right by the beach and only a 2-minute walk to the bikini beach. The diving school and boat rental are also in the immediate vicinity. There is a dining room with sea views and the breakfast buffet is included. There is always fresh juice and toast as well as English and regional warm specialties and fresh fruits. You can also book half- or full board for an extra cost. The dinner buffet offers alternating Indian, European and local specialties. Vegetarians are also good at the buffet! There is always soup, salad, several main dishes and dessert. Congratulations to the chef Chamika! All staff are absolutely friendly, helpful and always there for you. The beach is very clean and natural, as is the reef and lagoon. All in all, a little gem!

It is a guesthouse with few rooms and a very personalized service. The room is much better than the pictures. Very spacious and with a desk. I worked from here and the wifi was perfect. All the staff are very attentive. I recommend it!

Had a very nice stay in this guesthouse. The island is not very touristic so you could really enjoy the beautiful beach. Mustapha also recommended some nice activities!

We had the best time in Rosemary, the location is perfect, you have air conditioning and a fan which are necessary, breakfast was nice. But the best part it’s their staff, the receptionists were super kind, they and the kitchen staff packed our breakfast super early in the morning twice so that we could take it to our tour, they are friendly and adorable. Everyone is smiling and willing to help. For Farhoon we have no words, he was for far the friendliest host we have ever had, he was helpful and providing a lot of rich and great information, about the island, the country, tours, speed boats and everything. We couldn’t ask for more. We will come back for sure. Thank you!!

The room for 2 people plus 2 children was not very spacious, but we only used it for sleeping. Towel change and daily cleaning. The host is few words, but very kind! He came to pick us up after hours due to problems with the ferry and immediately welcomed into the house at a different time from check-in, booked the return ferry and escort to the port. He also prepared a hearty breakfast for us every morning. Highly recommended, it was a pleasure staying with him.

We truly enjoyed staying at Mazin's hotel, Noovuli Suites. His family, his crew for looked after us so well. Our room was right by the front desk/lounge area. The water pressure is great. I love the outdoor shower design! The sink was a little too high for us so Aziz or Sunday got us a bench to stand on. So nice of them to do that. You can walk around the island. We frequented The Wave for the salad and fried banana fritters. Be patient as everyone is chill. We thoroughly enjoyed night snorkeling. There are certain fish that only come out at night and the temperature was just right. For whale shark tour, be prepared to scramble with 25 other boats. It might not be safe for children. We loved the picnic at the sandbanks and got to see eagle rays and even spotted a black tip reef shark. We got to even watch Mazin spearfish! He looks so cool diving the depths to catch us dinner. We loved being on the island. It's local island so don't expect it to be a resort style type of atmosphere.

My husband and I came for our honeymoon and had the best vacation we have ever had. The island was beautiful and staying in the bungalow was an awesome experience. The staff at the resort were world class and we felt like royalty staying there. The buffet had a wide range of food too and changed everyday which was great. We did a lot of activities too ranging from relaxing (yoga, massage) to more adventurous (boat cruises, snorkeling and kayaking) - and it was all amazing. The bars and pools are stunning and the one near the bungalows had the bluest water we have ever seen. Cannot recommend this place enough, we didn’t want to leave!

We had the most unforgettable honeymoon experience, made even more special by the exceptional service we received from the staff. Huge thanks to our wonderful hostesses—Roshni, Jessica, Bina, Niruta, Joffrey, Firushan and Lairu who made the most refreshing and delicious cocktails—they were all so kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Their warmth and professionalism truly made us feel at home in paradise. A special shoutout to Roshni and Joffrey, who were outstanding in every way. When we mentioned there weren’t many vegetarian options at the Matheefaru restaurant during dinner, Roshni immediately stepped in and arranged for someone to bring vegetarian food from another restaurant—super thoughtful and helpful! The next day, Joffrey made sure that whatever my wife requested was specially prepared, as long as we gave a couple of hours’ notice. Their care and attention meant a lot to us. The beaches, views, and rooms were absolutely stunning.

Beautiful spot right on the beach. Resort is wonderful, people know you by name, food is good, lots to do. A wonderful vacation for a family.

Our stay at Haneefs was the best holiday ever. We were taken care of 24/7 and every wish we could think of was fulfilled. The locals welcomed us as if we were living there. This was a great way to get to know the life of the locals. The island is a very natural, small island with a nice little jungle and a huge, well-maintained house reef where we could see turtles, small sharks, rays and octopuses right in front of the hotel. You are provided with very good free snorkelling equipment and shown great dive spots. In addition, Haneef and his team offer wonderful excursions, all of which are very reasonably priced and super worthwhile. For example, we were able to see turtles, picnic on sandbanks, explore uninhabited islands and learn to fish with a BBQ afterwards. The restaurant at the hotel is also super delicious and offers very tasty local cuisine, among other things (also pizza, fries and pasta). The two Bikini Beaches on the island are beautiful, next to the hotel and also great for snorkelling. You can also take professional diving courses on the island. We didn't miss anything on our holiday and we made wonderful, close friends. In contrast to the resorts, the holiday is much cheaper but offers similar luxury and above all lots of beaches which are not overcrowded by tourists and great insights into the life of the locals. The excursions are the same as those offered in the resorts, but much cheaper and also more private without large groups of people. We will never forget this holiday and the friends we made will last a lifetime. We will definitely come back and recommend everyone to take a holiday with Haneef in Maalhos. It is worth it!!!

Wow is the best way to describe this place. We were a bit skeptical booking through Airbnb at first but it was the best decision. Sajjad was extremely responsive and accommodating. He presented us with different packages and we chose the best one for our needs. This resort is absolutely breathtaking and a complete 5 star experience!! From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave you are treated the best. The customer service and staff friendliness is unlike anything we have experienced before. Anything you need they help with. The water, nature, set up of the island and villas are picture perfect. Everything is so clean. So many fun activities to do (at a cost). The food is AMAZING, we were blown away- everyday the lunch and dinner buffet has new options. We spent a few nights in this villa and a few in the beach villa but this one was our favourite. We are hoping to come back next year. If you are considering booking do not hesitate!!

Siyam World was beyond our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were treated with such warmth and kindness. Everyone was extremely friendly, and Glenda, our ambassador, made us feel truly special and pampered from day one. There were so many fun activities to enjoy, the food was absolutely delicious, and the variety of restaurants kept every meal exciting. The pools were amazing, the drinks were top-notch, and the service throughout the resort was exceptional. We loved every minute of our stay and have already promised ourselves to come back for our anniversary. Truly an unforgettable experience!

Raushan is very responsive and accommodated my request. The place is so beautiful and comfortable to stay. It’s very clean and safe to stay because of the good security system in the apartment. Raushan also offered me a very good additional rate for late check-out. Will definitely recommend the place or stay here again.

Great place for before or after you head in or out of your island resort in Maldives

Short story: You have to have Sajjad on your side during your trip to Maldives. Long story: Due to weather conditions we were unable to access the resort, all seaplane being canceled that day. When we finally reached the resort we discovered that Sajjad changed our booking adding the day that we missed because of the weather. We didn't even thought this is possble. Always responsible and guided by this team all the way, Sajjad is an excelent choice for your vacation. This coming from a couple with a 1-year old baby.
