The condominium has ample space in all its areas, located right in front of the beach, on the pier (where the iconic carnival is held); Being located on the fifteenth level, you can enjoy a beautiful view and the beautiful sunsets that together with the 3 islands give us an unforgettable experience. The beach located in front has palapas with a variety of seafood, fish and other local specialties, as well as refreshing drinks.

The apartment's location is excellent, you can walk to the Machado, Downtown, Cathedral, Cerro de la Neveria, Olas Altas, Paseo del Centenario, Clavadista and the Lighthouse; the beach in front is perfect for swimming and walking on the sand. You can also rent bicycles and ride along the bike path that is right in front of the apartment and that crosses the entire pier.
