Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Malinska-Dubašnica

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit allem was man braucht und ausreichend Platz für sechs Personen. Das komplett umzäunte Grundstück war perfekt für unsere Hunde. Im nahegelegenen Wald gibt es gute Möglichkeiten mit den Hunden spazieren zu gehen. Strände, Restaurants und vieles andere sind vom Haus gut zu erreichen. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Gerne wieder!

Fine house with many many nice surprises. The stylish enteriour, the beautiful garden and the pool are really top.

The villa is in superb position, everything can be reached on foot, like restaurants, or the beach. The interior is very nice and all was neat and in a very good way. We will definitely come back next time.

Casa di Karlo corrisponde alla descrizione fornita, è un luogo splendido dove soggiornare. Lo spazio esterno è ben equipaggiato , ottimo per rilassarsi dopo una giornata di mare. Il portico offre la possibilità di cenare all’aperto in comodità anche con la possibilità di un grande barbecue. Gli interni sono ben disposti e al piano superiore è presente l’indispensabile (nel periodo estivo) aria condizionata. Tomislav e Dominique, che ci hanno accolto, sono stati molto accoglienti e disponibili.

La casa è spaziosa e pulita, attrezzata di tutto. Piscina meravigliosa. Abbiamo passato una vacanza meravigliosa! Grazie

Our stay at this beautiful house was more than we wished for! Marina & Zeljko has been the best hosts ever making us feel like home, giving us the best recommendations, checking up on us to make sure we had everything we need and being so generous and letting us try homemade and local products. The animals around the house was appreciated by both young & old. The AC in the house worked very well even on the hottest days. The pool and the outside area was clean and very well kept! This is the perfect holiday home for a family. We would love to come back!

Barbara war eine wunderbare Gastgeberin, immer sehr hilfsbereit und gab uns tolle Tipps. Auch leckere Sachen vom eigenen Garten gab's für uns zu verkosten. Die Lage war traumhaft ruhig, der Garten wunderbar gepflegt und der Pool herrlich! Vielen Dank für einen besonderen Urlaub!! ☺️

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in dem schönen Haus von Tomislav und seiner Frau. Die beiden sind sehr nett. Mit dabei waren fünf Erwachsene und 2 Kleinkinder. Das Haus ist klasse, mit allem was man braucht und noch mehr. Besonders die oberen zwei Zimmer sind sehr komfortabel. Richtig gut ist der integrierte Insektenschutz an den Fenstern und Türen. Auch kann man komplett abdunkeln. Die oberen zwei Zimmer und das Wohnzimmer haben eine Klimaanlage. Mit kleinen Kindern ist die Wendeltreppe nicht ideal, das war uns aber anhand des Inserats schon bewusst. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, zum kochen ist alles da. Für große Leute ist die Küche ideal, für jene unter 1,65m ist sie allerdings recht hoch und man sieht kaum in die Töpfe bzw. erreicht zb die Knöpfe der Dunstabzugshaube nicht. Im Garten oder auf einer der Terrassen findet man zu jeder Tageszeit irgendwo ein schattiges Plätzchen, wo man es sich gut gehen lassen kann. Der überdachte Pool ist sehr schön, allerdings war er mit 35 Grad nicht sehr erfrischend, da die Kühlung defekt war. Spaß hat er uns trotzdem gebracht. Die Insel KRK ist wunderschön und vielfältig. Von der einsamen Bucht bis zum Strand mit Liegen und Kiosk ist alles dabei.

The most amazing host that was very kind and friendly, helped with everything we needed. The apartment was 10/10, smelled very nice and was super clean. We had everything we needed in the apartment and much more. If you want to book this place don’t hasitate and book it, you wont regret it! We got to stay longer without any problems. The apartment is located about 1km from Malinska city center and the beaches. It’s in a beautiful neighbourhood with a lovely sunset. The apartment is modern with high standards, with a beautiful balcony wherw it’s perfect to eat breakfast and dinner. We’ll be back here next year for sure! Also we got some homemade gifts when we left which was a really kind gesture. We loved this place!😊

Staying at the Tower felt right special: the view from the terrace is unforgettable and the history of the place really interesting. We loved the fact you could walk down to Malinska and the beach (15-20 minutes). A real holiday feeling!

Traveling as a family with young twins, we were looking for a peaceful, well-equipped place to unwind — and this cottage delivered on every level. The property was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The outdoor space was a real highlight — safe and spacious enough for the kids to play while we enjoyed relaxing on the terrace. Inside, the cottage struck the perfect balance between rustic charm and modern convenience, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The location is ideal — close enough to explore the island’s beaches and villages, but tucked away in a quiet spot that offered real tranquility. Our hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful, offering great local tips and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We left feeling relaxed and recharged, with some very happy memories. Highly recommended!

A szállás szuper volt, minden modern, új. A tengerpart nagyon közel van, amely tágas, nincs tömeg. Szállásadó nagyon kedves, segítőkész, plusz kérésekben is segített. Csak ajánlani tudom a szállást, és a környéket is.

Ubytovanie bolo krásne zariadené , čisté , upratané , Dorian bol veľmi milý , rýchlo komunikoval , veľmi sme ocenili včasný príchod na ubytovňu , dobrý nápad s vlastným otváraním ubytovania , poloha úžasná 5 minút od vody , maximálne odporúčam pre rodiny s deťmi , okolie krásne , možnosť ísť popri vode na prechádzky , blízko aj do mesta , ale hluk z mesta nebolo počuť na ubytovanie , deti mohli kľudne spať. Dovolenku sme si veľmi užili a radi prídeme aj inokedy . 😊

nous avons séjourné chez Boze un semaine et avons adoré ! Cadre calme et paisible, tout ce dont nous avions envie. A proximité des différentes choses à voir et à faire sur recommandation de Boze sur l'île. Nous espérons y retourner :)

Hele fijn verblijf gehad. Google maps geeft niet helemaal de juiste locatie. Maar Miso loodste onze op afstand naar het juiste verblijf. Daar aangekomen was alles naar verwachting. Het uitzicht op zee was nog mooier als op de foto's. Een keer storing gehad aan de boiler voor warm water. Maar Miso regelende meteen een monteur. We hadden ons zelf per ongeluk buiten gesloten. Miso regelde meteen dat we weer binnen konden komen. Top eigenaar dus. Met een prachtige verblijf waar je heerlijk kan genieten.

We had an amazing week in Luca’s place! He was extremely helpful with everything. For sure we would like to come back and stay there again!

Unser Aufenthalt war super! Von der Anreise bis zur Abreise hat alles bestens geklappt. Die Anlage ist Top und der Hausverwalter war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Selbst nach den starken Regenfällen war der Pool am Morgen schon wieder sauber. Die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet und in gutem Zustand. Die Terrasse inkl. großen Kühlschrank lädt zum verweilen auf und auch am großen Grill kann man etwas leckeres bereiten. Die Zimmergröße ist absolut ausreichend, rustikal gestaltet aber in sauberen Zustand sowie auch die Sanitäranlagen.

An amazing old house, nicely renovated. We immediately felt at home. The garden is big, green and private. On walking distance of the beach and several restaurants. The host was very friendly and helpful. Thank you.

Beim Check In wurden wir so herzlich empfangen! Uns wurde das gesamte Haus erklärt und es wurden wundervolle Köstlichkeiten für uns vorbereitet. Die Unterkunft selbst ist wunderschön und perfekt für Familien. Die Unterkunft ist ziemlich mittig der Insel Krk und mit dem Auto ist man in wenigen Minuten in wunderschönen Städten und Stränden! Alles in allem ein sehr weiter zu empfehlen!

Wir hatten eine super schöne Woche auf Krk in einer super schönen, ruhigen Gegend. Mit dem Auto kommt man überall hin um Ausflüge zu machen. Das gemütliche zusammensitzen auf der Terrasse am Abend hat uns am besten gefallen Danke nochmal, Kerstin, für diese super schöne Woche und deinen Empfehlungen!

Aufwändig und liebevoll renoviertes altes Landhaus auf einem sehr schönen, großzügigen Grundstück mit Pool, Stellplätzen und toller Lage zu vielen schönen Stränden, Städten und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Super nette Gastfamilie, die sich sehr gut um alles notwendige kümmert.

An absolutely recommendable accommodation! :) We were warmly welcomed on arrival by Brigita with a cool beer, bread, ham, and cheese. The house enchanted us with its attention to detail. It is very cozy, authentic and welcoming and motivated by the fully equipped kitchen and outdoor gas grill to cook together. There is even a fridge on the terrace which is great for cooling drinks. All the rooms were very clean and well maintained. There was enough space for a group of 9 to be able to retreat once in a while. Fortunately, there are also air conditioners in some rooms, as the nights can get very hot. The area is very quiet and from the last floor, you can even see the sea. The pool was very clean and inviting to relax and cool off. To our surprise, the pool was filled with saltwater, which we found very pleasant. There are enough sunbeds and an umbrella to relax either in the shade or in the sun. Communication with Brigita was excellent. No matter what we needed she was always available. Brigita is a very nice, uncomplicated, and generous hostess. We can absolutely recommend a stay. We had 4 wonderful days on Krk.

This house was an incredible find! A true slice of heaven for our entire family. Meticulously maintained, comfortable and incredibly well equipped. It is incredible how this home combined a rustic feel which contributed so much for the sense of quaint relaxation while it at the same time it contained all of the amenities of modern living and more. The house is so well stocked with appliances and other equipment 8 people can comfortably not just vacation but live here without brining anything with them. The photos don’t do the garden area justice and we found ourselves talking about how beautiful and relaxing it was every day here. Pool was incredible and well maintained. Rooms amazingly comfortable. The host was beyond accommodating and helpful with any questions we had. Property is located more inland so a short drive to nearby beaches was a must but the quiet beauty of this home and the incredible privacy was absolutely worth it. We’d definitely come back!

Megi nous a accueilli dans cette maison avec le sourire. Un super bon accueil, juste après avoir passé le portail , on était en admiration sur la piscine et la maison. La maison est super bien rénové , il y a tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Nous sommes restés tout les jours à la piscine , pas besoin d’aller à la plage . Et le calme oh oui le calme en plein mois d’Aout, c’est le rêve . Je recommande !
