The Annexe, Champion House, Moorend Farm, BS16 1SP
A fantastic location. An historic house with a wealth of associations. Dating from c. 1640, the house was modernised in 1676 and then again in 1723. We have been here since 1999. A great stepping off point, whether you are going to London, The Cotswolds, Bristol, Bath, Cheltenham etc. We are very near to the Motorway network, 2 Railway Stations (Bristol Temple Meads or Bristol Parkway), Bristol Airport, Coach station in Bristol. Locally there are quality Pubs, Indian and Chinese eateries.

The North Transept
The North Transept is part of our converted Victorian Gothic church. We've done all the conversion ourselves - the high ceilings and beautiful Gothic windows make it a unique space. It's in a small hamlet in a beautiful hidden valley surrounded by fields; there's lovely walking from the door and lots of local wildlife including roe and muntjac deer, pheasants, red kites and owls. It's easy to get to a wide range of local attractions like Lacock and Avebury and only half an hour to Bath.

Quiet, spacious, comfortable & cosy (a wood-burner); bedroom balcony & garden terrace with far reaching views of the Cotswold valleys & village church Our farm was one of Henry VIII hunting lodges, backing onto ancient beech woods, ~ footpaths from the door. Easily accessible to Stroud's famous market, Cheltenham races, Roman villas, village pubs! (2 adults & 2 children are welcome)

Mulberry Cottage is our lovely home from home, located in the heart of Malmesbury only a few minutes walk from shops, restaurants and bars. With a private parking space, modern fitted kitchen and cosy log burner it's the perfect place to relax. With free WiFi, Smart TV, Bose Bluetooth speaker, Roberts DAB radio, two bedrooms with king sized beds, quality bed linen and two bathrooms. Towels are provided too, all you need to bring is yourself! (log starter pack provided Dec and Jan only)

The Stableyard
Nestling within the beautiful golden valley in the heart of the Cotswolds is The Stableyard, a recently converted stable building positioned next to a 16th century mill owner's house, The Old Valley Inn. The Stableyard is the perfect, peaceful place for a couple to unwind and enjoy this fantastic area, which boasts a picturesque canal path and walks a plenty. Not that easy to find. Situated just 5 minutes drive from historic Malmesbury, a self-contained studio coach house, ideal for exploring the beautiful Cotswolds. There is a large secluded garden for your own use, seating area and car parking. We are also a 10 minute walk (or a 2 minute car drive) from the popular Horse & Groom Pub.
