This is one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. Beautiful views from each of the terraces. We saw some stunning sunsets. Great fun watching all the activity on the beach. Bart and Mieke were excellent hosts, providing really useful information on everything from where to eat to where to park. Very responsive to every question we had and even helped with late checkout. The apartment is small but is really well designed and beautifully decorated and has everything you need. We wholeheartedly recommend this fabulous Airbnb.

Heerlijke dagen in het appartement van Sandrine en Luc. Ze waren heel erg coulant toen bleek dat ik door files veel later aan zou komen. Met hun goede instructies kon ik het toch goed vinden ook al was de straatverlichting die avond uit. Het appartement zelf is licht, ruim, een heerlijke douche, een prima bed, een fijne lig/leesstoel in de woonkamer, en de keuken is voorzien van alle gemakken dus ik kon zelf een lekkere maaltijd maken. Wel rekening houden met trappen naar het zolder-appartement. En op een half uurtje wandelen is het strand en zijn ook een paar musea, waaronder LAAC met een indrukwekkende beeldentuin. De moeite waard!

Michèle and Yannick were wonderful! The horses and ponies were great to be around. They provided a bike and were absolutely lovely hosts!

Nous remercions René pour ce fabuleux séjour en famille. La maison correspondait parfaitement à la description et était très propre. La véranda est un vrai plus que nous avons particulièrement adoré. La localisation est top et proche de l’arrêt de bus qui permet d’être en centre ville facilement sans utiliser la voiture. René a été très disponible lors de nos échanges avant le séjour. Attention toutefois pour les personnes allergiques aux pollens, présence de nombreux et beaux espaces verts en face et à proximité immédiate de la maison et qui relâchent énormément de pollens suivant la saison (notamment en ce moment). Encore merci à René, il est fort probable qu’on revienne un jour.

C'est toujours un plaisir de venir chez Frédéric nous y sommes accueilli chaleureusement avec des petites attentions qui font chaud au cœur ainsi que un logement ou l'on s'y sent comme a la maison propre et bien rangé. Nous reviendrons c'est sûr !!! Agréable réactif et de très bons conseils pour les visites et les restaurants Frédéric est un hôte que l'on recommande les yeux fermés merci encore pour ce séjour et à bientôt Coralie et sa maman

C'était comme si nous arrivions dans une petite oasis au milieu de notre monde agité. La maison était encore plus belle que décrite et nous avons été frappés par la propreté des lieux. En principe, il n’est même pas nécessaire de quitter le domaine, car tout est prévu pour vous divertir. Le quartier et Ardre autour du lac étaient également très idylliques à visiter (tout est accessible à pied). Véronique est une hôte fantastique, impliquée dans vos vacances des semaines à l’avance. Elle avait décoré la maison avec des guirlandes d’anniversaire pour notre soixantenaire, et préparé une quiche fraîche ainsi que des biscuits. En bref, je recommande cette adresse à tout le monde.

Séjour en famille qui s’est très bien passé. Le logement était propre, spacieux, identique aux photos. Du linge en quantité, lit confortable, vaisselle en quantité aussi. Un petit extérieur plein de charme. Nous avons passé un excellent week end, je recommande !

We had a very nice stay and we were very happy about the accommodation and communication. The city De Panne itself is not the prettiest city. But the location of the house is still nice, peaceful and close to the beach.

au top ! trés jolie maison moderne et fonctionelle , trés bien placée, et trés trés bien équipée. chacun y trouve son espace tout en ayant l occasion de partager la piece de vie qui est grande et lumineuse . l exterieur est bien agencé . facile pour se garer. commerces à proximité. excellent rapport qualité prix , pr la capacité à recevoir et les équipements +++. de plus , les hôtes sont trés réactifs en cas de besoin . nous recommandons !

The house was spotless and had everything we needed to stay for a week. We spent a lot of time there, as it was comfortable and peaceful.

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Isla and were lucky to have fabulous weather. It's a lovely home, located in a holiday park, but peaceful and private, with a totally enclosed garden, making it very safe for children. The house is very well equipped, and there are many extras such as children's toys, bikes, scooters and petanque. The park has a well stocked supermarket, and there are many activities going on, although most have charges. The beach and nearest tram stop are about 30 minutes' walk away. We'd recommend Kusttram which runs at frequent intervals up and down the Belgian coast. A day ticket is just 9 euros. Oostende is lovely (about 45 minutes on the tram). Communication with Griet was great, and she was super helpful. Check in is a little complicated, but Griet supplies excellent instructions and photos to help you. Parking is a few minutes' walk from the house, but you can drive right up to the property for unloading and loading.

Der Aufenthalt war super schön, ruhig und super gelegen. Es war alles sauber und die Kommunikation absolut super. Gerne wieder.

The apartment was clean, spacious and welcoming. The four of us were very comfortable and if back in the area would want to stay again. Excellent location, walking distance to everything, but very peaceful. Jeremy was super responsive and attentive to any questions we had and we would absolutely recommend the host and property.

Heel mooi en proper appartement met zalig frontaal zeezicht. Rustig gelegen en toch dichtbij alles. Een échte aanrader.

Allez-y les yeux fermés! magnifique emplacement sur la digue, avec boulangerie à 20 m et location de cuistax. A quelque minutes à pied de la'rue commerçante principale. Le logement est pensé et décoré avec goût. On s'y sent comment chez soi. Petit plus: les jeux mis à disposition et les épices, café, the, cassonade,... S'il fallait dire qqch, ce serait peut être que, pour ceux qui dorment dans l'obscurité, les rideaux ne sont pas très occultant (mais c'est vraiment un détail) L'accueil et la réactivité de Sophie sont à souligner également !

A fabulous stay in Dunkerque. The apartment is so spacious. We are a family of 6. 4 adults 2 children. It was perfect. The beds are very comfortable. The location is fabulous. Close to the town for the French markets and close to the harbour and square. We would definitely stay here again if we came back to Dunkerque.

Great location very close to the beach. Perfect for a family beach trip. Supermarket is very close and there is a free bus service to get around. Loved sharing the place with Shaligot the cat.
