Hazel was an exceptional host! She provided clear instructions for seamless check-in and check-out. The house felt cozy and welcoming, and our kids had a blast in the pool. The air conditioning throughout the house ensured a comfortable stay. While there were a few minor areas for improvement, such as adding sponges for dishes and extra pots for reheating food, these were negligible compared to the overall excellent experience we had. We're grateful for Hazel's hospitality and would highly recommend this stay! Thank you so much!

I’d love to commend the following: - The whole Airbnb is Air conditioned. - They are very responsive & helpful. - Wifi is fast, TV Apps has subscriptions, and working speakers + microphone. - Squeaky Clean in first floor - Many rooms & has a balcony. - CareTaker is really helpful & knowledgeable (take note, she’s new but will do anything she can to assist) A few downsides that the owner can improve on: - Some linens have visible blood stain - Water is poor (even the pool. It has strong chlorine/zonrox? idk. It will make your hair dry) That’s it. I think if you are looking for a place to stay/chill with your small barkada, I’ll recommend the place! Since it has all that you’ll need. But if you are looking for a resort, and all of you will swim.. You might want to check another bnb. But overall, our stay is enjoyable & unforgettable. The price is actually a great deal! Especially if you are going to consider all the amenities that you’ll get :)

Highly recommend Manuel's place. Easy to find and very spacious. Our relatives slept well. The owner is right behind the unit so when internet and gas ran out, they are just a message away to address the concerns. Will surely stay again =)

Our family had a great time at Nico’s place. The place was very nice, clean, quiet and private. The place have everything you need to make your stay comfortable. They have complete amenities in the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. It was better than a hotel stay, so I highly recommend staying here. We’ll definitely come back! This was an overall great experience. recommended for groups or families. The instructions were clear, and the hosts were very easy to communicate with. I especially liked the interior design, and the bathroom was spacious and well-maintained. Overall, an outstanding stay!

Super nice ng experience namin. From pre-booking pa lang very responsive si Ms. Aileen. She provided detailed information and what to expect. The listing is very spacious, clean, and relaxing. Super accommodating ni Ate Rose. May pa free chips and coffee pa si Host. Nag dala pa kami ng mga essentials for cooking kasi sanay kami dun pero the listing has everything. Yung lulutuin lang talaga need mo. Kumpleto sa kitchen, malinis yung mga rooms, super lamig ng AC, yung GenZ naaaliw din sa Billiards and goods si WiFi kahit nasa loob ng kwarto. Enjoy yung buong family and we really appreciate na kahit medyo late na kami naq message kay Host para humingi ng extra blanket super bilis ng response. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED LISTING.

A great place for staycation. The hotel/condominium itself was very clean and secure. The apartment was very clean when we came and it has everything that we need. The bedroom was great for staying in, or for having a movie marathon. The balcony view was also great. Will visit this place again in the future.

The place is recommended to everyone who needs peaceful staycation and quiet place to ponder. We booked his place because it is near in Phil Arena because we will watch the SB19 concert, so far, we never experienced hassle and traffic from coming and back at his place. Alan has his own parking so you will never get stressed where to park your car. Furbabies are welcome in his unit but make sure to diapers your furbabies to avoid messing the place. I hope next time there will be trashcan in the kitchen separated with the bathroom. Also, there is no microwave in his unit but there is a rangehood and induction cooker to heat or cook your own food, overall, the place is good and we will book again longer next time. The place itself is quiet & secured (with numbers of CCTV cameras around the vicinity), ordering online or visiting the nearby park isn't hard as well. Accesible to two major highways (NLEX and McArthur), the house itself has all we need & more (the jacuzzi pool, the card/board games, the mini-karaoke set) that we don't need to leave the place unless necessary. Thank you to the caretaker/s & Robeley for being responsive, understanding & welcoming hosts! We intend to visit again in the future & we've been recommending the place already to our friends and family!

Nice cozy peaceful stay, the host was always available and responded to any questions I had. Comfortable bed, good wifi, nice looking swimming pool although i didn’t get a chance to use the pool. I would definitely stay again

We held our team-building event at this property and had a fantastic time! The place is well-equipped with plenty of amenities, so there were lots of activities to enjoy. Both the host and the caretaker were very helpful and responsive, making our stay smooth and enjoyable.

Ma'am Eunice and Sir Kit were very approachable. They reply fast and accommodate us. The location was near establishments, most especially Cubao Expo, which we really love going to. They provide basic needs like towels, which we did not expect. Complete kitchen, was able to cook. The place was so cozy and homey. Thank you for the great stay!

Great place to stay, the place is very clean including the bathrooms and kitchen. It has all essential amenities, interior design is very well done and there are a few restaurants less than 5min drive away as a bonus. This is top value for money. Highly recommended

Me and my family staid for a few days, although there were some initial hiccups, the management was open to feedback and resolved the few issues we found. Overall a pleasant experience. Be aware that the area can be noisy during the night due to stray dogs and noise from motorbikes in the road in front. Moreover, the gate is not closed so it coudl feel a bit unsafe, but we had no issues with security in the surroundings.

the hosts are very accommodating and very responsive. the place itself was very comfortable for our team who worked 6 days straight and there are a lot of amenities which made out stay even more convenient. the place was enough as well for 6 adults just like the description mentioned. If we’ll be given a chance to stay in Pampanga again, we’ll definitely stay here again. Thank you so much to this team!

Stayed for 2 weeks and felt so much at home and welcomed. Ma’am Tina and Kier were great hosts. Communications were great, both very responsive and would go out of their way to help. The place is exactly as described, it got all we need and also clean! We were also allowed to use the kitchen and do laundry on the main house. There were so many stores outside this listing like food stalls, coffee and tea pop-ups, water refilling station, pharmacy etc. Ma’am Tina would also send us food which I appreciate so much. I didn’t get to experience that before. Thanks so much Ma’am Tina, Kier and family for hosting us. Will definitely be back. I wish you all the best :)
