Really close to the mountain (for those who love hiking), to the Sanctuary of San Gabriele and 40 minutes from the seaside and the Adriatic coast. 1h from Pescara, 2h from Rome Airports by car or bus. The structure, fully fenced, has got a private entrance, 3 car places, a patio with table and chairs in the private garden, a vegetable garden and a small orchard. The nearest neighbor is 200m away, so with the exception of the occasional friendly farmer on his tractor, you are able to enjoy the blissful peacefulness of country living.

Immersed in the Marche countryside, the house is located a few meters from the Tronto river and bordering the bike path that connects S. Benedetto. Not having houses in the immediate vicinity, the house allows you to fully enjoy your stay in absolute freedom (even with music until late at night). A barbecue and wood-burning oven are available.
