Enjoyed an excellent stay at Helmut's! The place is spacious, very close to the beach, private and peaceful, and Helmut was very easy to communicate with. A relaxing weekend getaway!

Very Happy with our stay however, the instructions asked us to put the bin out on the kerb on Sunday morning which did not seem right. We were on holiday, were checking out on Monday and the bin was not even our rubbish. This was quite disconcerting. We noted there were no other bins out Sunday morning but someone had all the bins out by the arvo. I think there may be a confusion regarding this instructions because this is the first time I have heard of guest having to take the garbage bin out. Other than that, everything else was a reasonable request like clearing out rubbish, emptying the dishwasher etc.

Jo is a wonderful host! Very friendly and welcoming from the get go, we were very impressed by the lux feel and the overall aesthetic of her home. Could not fault the cleanliness standards she keeps or the amenities available to make your stay a comfortable and easy experience (washer/dryer/dishwasher etc) Couldn’t ask for a better view or location either right on the water and in a quiet but central location.

This is a lovely place very short walk to the beach and cafes. Mollymook is a wonderful town with great access to bigger towns with shopping and restaurants. I'll definitely return.

I recently stayed at this wonderful Airbnb, and this place is super amazing.The beach view is absolutely stunning, providing a perfect backdrop for relaxation. The environment is charming and inviting, making it a lovely place to unwind. The backyard is particularly appealing, offering a serene space to enjoy the fresh air,play and do bbq stuffs.Inside, the rooms are spacious, clean, and tidy, ensuring a comfortable stay. Our host was exceptionally nice and friendly, making us feel right at home. If you’re looking for a fantastic getaway, this place is a must-try!

Wonderful location, as described. Close to the beach and everything that was required was provided. Even received some Easter eggs which was a pleasant surprise. Would recommend and look forward to visiting in future.

Such a cute place and handy to the beach, cafe, and shops. The place felt cosy and had everything we needed.

A wonderful, spacious, well stocked home that was perfect for our group of two families (4A, 5C). Super close to the beautiful creek and beach, which is perfect for families. Self contained upstairs and downstairs gave some privacy for each family while still feeling like we were all together. Peaceful garden setting backing onto the creek (bonus; kayaks provided and it's very easy to kayak from the house to the creek by the beach). Kitchen has absolutely everything you need. Quality inclusions throughout, which were just right - good quality but not so fancy that you have to worry the kids will break something priceless! No air conditioning and linen, but this helps keep it affordable. Driveway is steep and requires some skill to navigate as there are three driveways together and neighbours have asked that guests don't use their driveways to turn around. This was ok for us but if you were towing a trailer or not confident reversing it would be difficult. Would love to stay again!

Beautiful place! The view and backyard was great to explore, as we did plenty of fishing! The spa was a true highlight as well! Awesome place!!

This was our second stay at Reef Beach House and was perfect once again! Just a lovely house, so comfy and you feel right at home. Lovely relaxing on the deck or in the lounge, both with great views of the ocean. Comfy and clean beds. Heather is also a great host! Responsive and flexible and also popped over at short notice to make a change to the bed configurations for us even though we forgot to ask for it ahead of time. Thanks so much Heather - another wonderful stay and we will be back!

great place - perfect access to the beach and close to river lagoon in one direction and the Broulee Brewhouse in the other. the Broulee supermarket is also walkable a little further down. the place has a good large space for entertaining a large group. the upstairs and downstairs sections are separate - accessible from external stairwell. although internal stairs might’ve been better for our group, that worked fine for us. overall loved the place and the location and really appreciated helpful proactive communication from Geoff :-)

We couldn’t fault this beautiful seaside home. The position on Mossy Point is amazing. The house is extremely well appointed and has so much charm and character. There was nothing missing in the kitchen, the rooms are styled beautifully and are practical with great storage for clothing etc. There are even boogie boards for the beach. Nothing is forgotten. The whole place is very comfortable and we immediately felt at home. Mark and Kathy are terrific hosts. So proactive, responsive and generous. We loved staying with our family and would highly recommend this beautiful character beach house. 5 stars!!

Moon Cottage, with its l smart modern solar design and well-equipped amenities, has a clean, welcoming, lived-in ambience. It boasts commanding views of the extensive surrounding bush through its vast north facing windows. And the large property - a maze of delightful walking tracks cleverly marked by old chairs and wheelbarrows - offers private serenity and ever changing and delightful aspects. Our son tells us watching the stars from the outdoor bath was a memorable experience. My family and I rate this place and the experiences it affords, 10 out of 10!! Our only caveat is to anyone who is not interested in familiarising themselves and complying with House Rules: this place is NOT for you! The House Rules are important so take a bit of time to get your head around them and follow through with the expected behaviour.

Absolutely beautiful spot! The house was relaxing with stunning views. Dave and Sue were wonderful hosts, we highly recommend them and will be back again.

The Beach House was like my home away from home. Very friendly and helpful neighbours and the hosts responded to every little request, promptly and professionally. Their interactions with me were above and beyond what I could have expected. I will be staying there again, asap. Rhondda
