It's an Awesome experience staying at Angads Casa Gracia, It's exceeded than our expectations and villa is very well maintained in good community. care taker Binod is very helpful assisting us and provided everything what we ask on time and always available in touch. As everything was inplace in Villa itself and provided each and everything and we don't even got a chance to reach Angad at all and care taker Binod take cares everything before even we ask. I definitely recommend staying in Angad's Villa and felt sad leaving this place and looking forward to stay again when we visit Goa.

It was a great property with plenty of space. Large pool and air conditioning in all rooms. Great restaurants in walkable distance. Would recommend for big groups and families. The service is also quick and the management team is always responsive.

We had a fantastic time at the villa. The proximity to the beach and private pool were handy day time activities. Great restaurants nearby and friendly and helpful villa staff. Special shout out to Mowgli, the resident pup, who kept us entertained.

Enjoyed the stay Thanks to our Host Praveen who was quick in responding. The place is very clean and homely We had a couple of problems with the Air conditioner and Wi-Fi to which Praveen responded immediately and were resolved instantly. Great Place…Great Host… Would love to stay again.

We had a lovely stay at this Airbnb during our trip to Goa. The property was exactly as described and matched all the amenities listed. It’s well located with easy access to nearby shops for essentials, and most popular attractions are just 20–25 minutes away by car—making it a very convenient base to explore North Goa. Things to consider: ❌ The Wi-Fi connection was quite poor, and since the mobile network signal was also weak in the area, a reliable internet connection is something that needs immediate attention. ❌ Bedsheets had visible lipstick stains—cleanliness and linen inspection before guest arrival should be taken more seriously. That said, we truly appreciated the hospitality and overall experience. These minor issues didn’t take away from how much we enjoyed our trip. Thank you for hosting us—we’re happy to give a 5-star rating and would consider staying again in the future.

thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa. Villa is very spacious with large rooms, large balconies and an amazing dining pool area. Furniture, linen and Kitchen were top notch maintained and this was the best villa we stayed in. We moved across multiple properties during our stay. Mobile network signal isn't that great here and so is the case in most of Goa the caretaker and the host both were accommodative and tried their best to do as much as they could. Cleanliness & Hygiene were never an issue and the vibe of the property is very different. you could spend hours enjoying the different spaces of the property be it pool, room balconies or the terrace. Absolutely worth the money and would recommend everyone to stay at this place if a little travel isnt an issue.

The location was perfect, close to all the good cafes and beaches but tucked away just enough to feel peaceful and relaxing. The host was incredibly kind and responsive throughout, offering great local tips and making sure we were comfortable at all times. The ambiance of the property was just perfect for a Goan escape—great vibe, lovely interiors, and a nice outdoor area to unwind. This stay truly made our trip memorable. From the moment I arrived, Pedro was a wonderful host — friendly, helpful, and always available if I needed anything. The villa itself is a true hidden gem, tucked away in a peaceful location surrounded by beautiful mangroves, offering a perfect escape from the noise and crowds. The space was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and tastefully designed with a mix of Goan charm and modern comfort. Waking up to the sounds of birds and the serene view of the water was absolutely magical. I especially loved the outdoor seating area — perfect for a morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. Pedro went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable, even offering great local recommendations for food, sightseeing, and experiences. We had a great stay. It is located in a very peaceful area and surrounded by many trees. Suril is a great host and very responsive. Reaching Ashwem beach takes 7-8 minutes on scooty, mandrem beach takes about 15 minutes on scooty. Many restaurants and cafes on the Main beach road. The air bnb is located little away from the main road and a scooty is recommended to go to the nearby grocery stores. Daily cleaning service is provided free of cost. Overall, it's a great value for the money charged.

Honest Review: A Perfect Getaway Spot for Large Groups & Families We recently stayed at this amazing property and had an absolutely wonderful experience. If you're planning a trip with a large group — especially with kids — this place is just perfect! The living room and balcony are super spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to relax, chat, and just enjoy each other’s company. There’s a TV and a Bluetooth speaker provided, which added a nice touch for entertainment during our stay. The rooms were very clean, and the bathrooms were hygienic and well-maintained with surprisingly good quality water — something that’s often overlooked but so important. The air conditioning in all rooms worked really well, which was a total blessing considering the hot climate during our visit. We were also impressed by the swimming pool — sparkling clean and just the right size for both kids and adults to enjoy. A beautiful place to stay in the bustling neighborhood of Candolim. Ours was a last moment booking and we were fortunate to have found Karthik and Elrika's place. Karthik is a lovely human being. He was generous and ever-helpful with whatever we needed during the stay. And the lovely dogs, who love getting all the attention from the guests. The hosts have a large beautiful garden consisting of plums, figs and mangoes to chillies and herbs. It is an abode of all sorts of birds. Loved the sustainable practices the hosts follow - composting (and using the compost in the garden), strict waste segregation, and sediment filters for drinking water. Many places unnecessarily use wasteful RO filters for drinking water. Surprisingly, Goan well-water is sparkling clean. Also, do ask for Karthik's delicious home made kombuchas. It's a treat in the summers. Looking forward to seeing them again!

I had an incredible stay at Shekhar Villa. This peaceful beautiful property is a step away from a clean tranquil beach. We enjoyed a walk by the ocean, met friendly local fishermen, and watched the sunset from the Gajabadevi temple. We thoroughly enjoyed authentic fish thali and Malvani veg thali prepared by Ms Deepali. The host Ms Vanita Ma'am was in constant touch ensuring everything was perfect. Just make sure to carry some snacks with you since there are no eateries close by. However, The house was maintained properly including clean bathrooms. Thought it was a spontaneous trip turned into a memorable experience :)

We had an amazing 2-day stay at this beautiful property. The private pool was clean and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing and enjoying some quiet time. The location was excellent—everything we needed was nearby, yet the place felt peaceful and secluded, offering just the right amount of privacy. We fell in love with this property. The interior is absolutely beautiful. Everything was well kept and labelled. All the necessary toiletries were provided. The place was absolutely clean. The caretaker Badal was one of the sweetest and the kindest caretaker I have come across. He was very responsive and took care of our needs. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and we will keep coming back whenever we are Goa!

The place isn’t just a stay, it’s a whole vibe! Calm, cozy, and charming, with a balcony view featuring mango and coconut trees that’ll have you questioning all your life choices (like why you don’t live here already). Parking? Check. Peace? Double check. And Ronny himself? An absolute gem — part host, part curator, with an art collection that could put small galleries to shame. Felt like home, only with better trees and cooler walls. It is an extremely well designed place for a holiday with extremely good interiors, colour schemes, furniture and appliances. We enjoyed our stay a lot. The helping staff was also very friendly and did a great job at keeping the place tidy. Thanks to Nikhil for helping us out in any and every query which we had. Only point to considering while booking this property is that the place is about 20-30 mins from the famous food and party places of North Goa. So it’s better to have a car with you to avoid any transport issues. If you are coming by flight , try to land into GOX. Villla is just about 20 mins from there. GOI on the other hand is a 1 hour drive from the villa. Overall it was one of the best vacations we had and this Villa was the main reason behind it!
