Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Malvern East

The apartment is located in downtown Melbourne, in a very new high rise and was impeccably clean. There is a small IGA a few doors down and some good bars and restaurants close by, as well as only 2 blocks from the Southern Cross station and the river. Although it is relatively sparsely furnished, it has everything that we needed for a short break, and the gym in the building is much better than most hotel gyms. Chris was very responsive and allowed us to leave our luggage because our flight arrived in Melbourne early. Although it didn't impact us because we were out an about for most of the day, there is no TV (but a piano if you are musically inclined) and while the bed was comfortable, it was like a futon on the floor, so it may not be ideal for older people with mobility issues. The price was amazing for such a nice apartment on a high floor in central Melbourne, and I would definitely recommend the apartment.

Very nice unit in a big housing complex, though very quiet and private. I have been in the same building before, privacy is different from unit to unit. Been very clean and well equipped. Sharon and Ian have been super responsive and were very kind! I can only recommend them!

Before I start, I'll tell you the end; you should stay here if you ever get the chance! From the first moment I contacted Helen with an enquiry, to their final goodbye message, they were the best hosts I've ever experienced. They were super friendly, responded ridiculously quick, gave great recommendations and truly felt they loved you staying at their place. And Amy, who let us in, was just as brilliant and welcoming! As for the unit, it was super-clean, had an awesome view, was quiet and secure and was the type of place you wish you could style your own like. The kitchen fit-out was top notch and the pantry was full of great staples if you ever wanted to cook. However, why would you cook at this end of the cbd with restaurants, bars, cafes and laneway hideouts galore? I love staying at their Spring St end of town and this place just made it even better.

Lives up to the description to provide a comfortable quiet spot, well served with transport and other infrastructure. Views are magnificent - especially sunset. Easy to settle in with shops directly underneath the apartment complex. Secure off street parking also a big plus point. Hosts seem to anticipate all issues and provided prompt responses to any others.

one of the best places we've stayed in during our time in South Yarra! it's super convenient with an anytime fitness right opposite and great coffee and matcha just around the corner too. the place was cozy, cute, clean and everything we were after! super easy to check in and check out too :') we had the best time staying at Anastasia's place and would gladly re-book in the future.

Kim was super responsive when I needed to check-in early due to last minute change of plans. Lovely place to stay, had everything I needed for my trip. Was conveniently located with cafes and the tram. Even a walk into the city was easy, did this twice! Location was secure and everything was clean. Would stay again!

Ranko's place is in an extremely convenient location, close to Chapel Street and Prahran Market, which offer a variety of food and shopping options. It is also easily accessible, as trams to the city center operate nearby. We needed an apartment near Albert Park for our stay as we were attending the Grand Prix. Ranko's place was ideal because it was only a 20-minute walk away, allowing us to avoid the long tram lines to and from the park. The apartment was very comfortable and had all of the amenities we needed during our stay. The balcony was an excellent addition, with stunning views of Melbourne. Ranko greeted us upon arrival and accommodated our early check-in request. I would recommend Ranko's apartment to anyone visiting Melbourne.

Hi Buzz, Both Jodi and I had a fantastic time spent at your place. The location worked really well for our time at the F1, and all the local restaurants, bar and Melbournes attractions etc The South Yarra area worked well for us. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to be close to the action but a feeling of not being in the center of it all. Many thanks Buzz

Andrew was the perfect host - he was super helpful, responsive and offered to stay up late in case I had issues getting in, given my late arrival time. Communication was great and very open to helping where possible. The apartment itself was lovely and views were fantastic being on the top floor. You could still hear a lot of the traffic and trams however so perhaps bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper but otherwise not a big deal, just one of the things about being in an urban area. I was there for work so was a very quick stay but it was a close walk for where I needed to be which was great, thanks for having me Andrew and being a fantastic host!

Its an apartment with a magnificent view across Melbourne, right next to the incredible Victoria Market and the thumping heart of the centre of the city. Yet it is peaceful and quiet. The pool is long and lovely and there is a gym too. Selina was wonderful and responsive. Would definitely come back if I visited Melbourne again.

Great host, great place to stay!

The stay at David’s place was amazing! The flat was very clean and tidy, with abundant amenities. The view is breathtaking and exceptional, viewing the landscapes of melbourne with beautiful glass windows. David is also friendly and nice, tried his best to accommodate our needs and requests. Overall the stay has been superb!

Repeat customers and love coming and staying here. So close to the city and the tennis and the footy and the river bank. Great communication and extremely helpful in answering any questions. Thanks again and look forward to our next stay.

A great stay, just on the edge of China town, the food in the area is incredible. Aside from endless food and drink the stay itself was perfect. A great space, the photos of the place honestly don’t do it justice. Having a night in the high rise with the city views is just a good time all around. Grantley, was incredibly responsive and was flexible when we needed something. We would stay here again without thought. Truly sad to have to check out! Till next time.

We had a great stay here. Rooms are nice and cozy. Cute balcony lights and nice kitchen. Love the decoration and design of this house. Brendan and Lisa were very responsive and helpful. Definitely worth the money. Will come back again

This was my second visit. I was on a business trip. Great house close to shops and restaurants. Highly recommended.

A perfect place for our family of 5 to spend 4 nights. Heidi and Tim are A+ hosts whose extra touches are greatly appreciated. Location is superb and the community leaves you wishing you could move here. House was spotless, deck was perfect for dinner. For us, extremely convenient to sandbelt golf courses. We would love to come back and would be delighted to stay here again.

We had a lovely stay at this spacious home!! It’s also the perfect location with a quick walk to the train station. Jennifer was an amazing host and easy to contact for anything. I would highly recommend this place if you need a house with lots of room for a very comfortable stay😊

This place was amazing! From the moment I made the booking, Nicola was responsive and very welcoming to deal with. Nothing was missed and everything was taken care of from milk in the fridge to treats upon our arrival. The beds were comfy and the house was warm and stylish. We really had a fantastic stay and would not hesitate to recommend staying there to anyone.

It was walking distance to the best pubs and restaurants in Melbourne. The beds were very comfy. It was stylish and clean. The host was friendly and super responsive… and helped me pick up my forgotten rings after checkout in a lovely way. One room was whisper quiet. The other had some traffic noise, but nothing but normal car sounds. If you’re looking to explore Collingwood, Smith St and Brunswick st it’s pretty much the perfect spot!

One of the best AirBNB’s we have stayed at. Lovely quiet house with comfortable beds, lovely bathrooms and amazing kitchen. Really well set up and good access to public transport. Harrison was a terrific host as well. I would highly recommend this place.
