Rui’s place was amazing. The apartment was well equipped, spotless and spacious. It was also very quiet. There were little things like snacks, stuff in the bathroom you could use if you needed, Rui really thought about everything! The area was fine, very walkable, it’s not far from the centre if you fancy walking but there’s metro station close by. Also there are shops and cafés around. Rui was very friendly and responsive, always happy to help or answer any questions.

I still have no words besides, God is good and I’m incredibly grateful for Susanne and her lovely place that we stumbled upon. My husband and I booked another rental in downtown Lancaster and to say the least it wasn’t good. We checked in there around 6 pm that day, and I messaged Susanne at 7 pm to see if we could come as soon as possible, we were 3 hours away from home, so worried we wouldn’t find anything.. Susanne had everything freshened up in 40 mins and we drove over. The space is extremely homey. And honestly the whole area is a fresh breath of air. Easy drive to downtown Lancaster. You’re surrounded by lots of Amish life and beautiful views. The bathroom was amazing. Bed was comfortable. Living room was cozy. Susanne thought of everything possible when adding charm and coziness to this space. Price point is amazing. I could go on! We met John on the way out and he was extremely friendly and kind to us. We will book again! :)

Best recommendation we can give is that on our next visit to Philadelphia , we want to stay at Thomas' location.

James was quick to respond to my questions and concerns. He is focused on customer’s satisfaction. The walls are as thin as any hotel and voices can carry, but quiet hours were respected by all. My room showed care and upkeep, just as pictured. I stayed on the upper floor and did not hear any noise from the convenient and busy restaurant below. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Beautiful, unique Airbnb right in the center of West Chester. Very cool to stay in an old building with tons of character. Bed is comfy, bathroom is nice, and combo washer/dryer is very handy. Some important things to be aware of: - The bedroom with the two twin beds is only accessible through the other bedroom. - The combo washer/dryer takes longer than separate washer and dryer units, and it can be loud when it's spinning. There's a door between the living room and kitchen, though, and closing it blocks out a lot of the noise.

Very clean, quiet, bright, simple unit on a pleasant side street. Well-furnished kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. Easy off-street parking. No dining room table. No complaints, we'd be happy to stay here again.

This place had everything I needed and more. It was comfortable and had plenty of space. It also is a location that is close to downtown and easy to walk to/from. The dark chocolate peanut butter cups were a bonus that was much appreciated and the check-in; check-out process was easy making it easy to arrive later in the evening or whatever time. Absolutely will stay again.

I am so grateful for Corinda's gracious hospitality at her Silo Studio. Upon arrival, the kitchen was well stocked with treats and various beverages. Fresh-baked cookies and fresh eggs also miraculously appeared during our stay. She gave fair warning that the Silo Studio is smaller than their larger, Silo Suite, where we have also stayed, and adjusted the price accordingly. The Studio was comfortable and adequate for me and my daughter during our 3-night stay. The Studio includes the same large, octagonal bedroom with a sitting area, a small, well-appointed kitchenette, and a separate bathroom room with a wonderfully hot shower. Corinda and Ken were concerned about noise disturbance from their upstairs guests and they added acoustic tiles to the ceiling of the Studio. It worked! We were not disturbed by any noises from above during our stay. Their Silo apartments are our "home-away-from-home" when we're visiting family in West Chester and we'll definitely stay with them agai

The apartment was as pictured—clean, comfortable, and accommodating. The location is great, with easy access to downtown. One thing to note is that the stairs leading to the unit are quite narrow and steep, which could be a consideration for anyone with mobility concerns. Overall, a solid stay in a convenient spot.

We stayed here in Philly and was really impressed with how easy check-in was and the cleanliness of this home. It looks exactly like the pictures with beautiful decor and pool table for a nice entertainment touch. Spotless!Host was responsive and gave clear instructions prior to arrival and checkout. Be aware though that it is a steep walkup (stairs) and not much that is walkable around. Markets were about a 10min drive away so the location mainly provided a peaceful atmosphere. We would definitely stay again for weekend stays to visit family and friends again.

Our stay was very clean, comfortable and convenient! Our family enjoyed the amenities both inside (modern appliance, large tub etc) and out (able to walk to park and cafe). Would stay again when back in area and highly recommend!

What a lovely home! Super clean and updated. Easy Check-in. The private parking was nice. The kids loved the play area in the basement. The area outside was very nice with the string lights. We didn't end up using the grill or campfire pit this trip, but definitely would have. The Hot Tub was a big hit! All the appliances worked perfect; washer, dryer, fridge and the Central Air cooled the whole house well. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels. We loved this house and would book it again! Diane's place was quiet, restful, beautiful, and comfortable. There are a lot of thoughtful details throughout. I had no trouble sleeping here, which is unusual for me when I travel. Diane also went out of her way to help me out with transportation a couple of times, which I appreciated because I didn't have a car for this trip. The regional train stop (SEPTA) is 5 minutes away, and you can get to Center City in about 20-25 minutes by train. The hot tub was a big bonus after a long day of workshops at Swarthmore. I hope to stay here again and highly recommend Diane's place to others staying in the Philadelphia area.

I had a great stay. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Jon was friendly, responsive, and made check-in and check-out super easy. I appreciated the clear communication and hospitality throughout my stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Spent a few days in Philadelphia for a graduation. The home was located in a convenient area with pubic transportation right outside the door. We traveled to campus several times a day and it was easy to get there and back. Spacious and comfortable during our stay. Parking is across the street but easily walkable to the home. Easy check in/out.

My stay at Christopher's apartment was an all-around positive experience. The place was clean, modern, and well-equipped – just as described. The location is quiet yet well connected, making it a great base for exploring Philadelphia. The neighborhood felt safe and pleasant. What stood out the most was Christopher’s hospitality: he was always available, very helpful, and even gave me great restaurant recommendations that really enhanced my stay. Check-in was smooth and everything went perfectly. I’d definitely come back and can warmly recommend this place!

My partner and I had an amazing stay at joel’s place. we were in town for a concert and he made everything go smoothly and was very response and helpful. would stay again.

Beautiful place. Super clean. We had dinner with an Amish family and at the catacombs at Bube's Brewery. It's near the train track but we only heard it once. You can hear some road noise but it didn’t bother us. The place is even nicer than the pictures. We would come here again if in the area.
