Welcome to Skogrand as my great-grandparents Aagot and Olov bought as a summerhouse in 1918. It is centrally located 15 minutes from Trondheim Airport and 25 minutes from Trondheim city center. The house has all amenities and many small bedrooms. It is located by itself with large plot and garden surrounded by woods and fields but also right by the road with easy access and plenty of space for parking.

Malvik, Hundhamaren, Trondheim

Spacious basement apartment with 3 bedrooms between Stjørdal/Værnes and Trondheim (15 min to the city center, 30 min to the airport). Free parking, fiber WiFi, office desk, washing machine and fully equipped kitchen. Heating cables in the bathroom, hallway and two bedrooms. Walking distance to the store. Host lives in a separate apartment in the same house and is happy to help if needed.

Very cozy and small apartment. New in 2022 and very high standard. 1 min from train and bus station and 10 min from Trondheim (Værnes) AirPort or 20 min to Trondheim Central Station. 5 min walk to city beach and trails with amazing view of the fjord. We have 2 frenchies and hens walking around in our garden filled with dahlias and cherry trees.
