Holiday rentals with beach access in Mamaia Beach

We loved our stay at Lucia's apartment. The amenitites were as described in the listing with accurate photographs and the accommodation was extremely comfortable. The surrounding area had great shops, restuarants, and bars for evening meals and drinks. There is a supermarket 25 meters away from the aparment which was so convenient if you wanted to stay in and cook a meal. We felt very relaxed and at home. It was superb! Lucia was always there to help us if we messaged and the apartment was very easy to find with clear instructions for the use of the apartment, parking, local restuarants, and attractions. We are grateful for Lucia's help and would love to stay again! Thank you Lucia!

Sentirsi come a casa. Ambienti curati in ogni dettaglio, accessori monouso e pulizia della casa eccellente. Il nostro bimbo di un anno ha apprezzato la comoda culletta fornita dalla sig.ra Paola senza alcun sovrapprezzo. 5 stelle alla sig.ra Paola per come riceve i suoi ospiti.

We went to a wedding in a castle near by and had a wonderful stay in the condo. We loved the location and view of the sea!! Thank you all so much!!

Casa molto accogliente per noi ed i nostri gemellini di 8 mesi. Lettini ben tenuti con ottimo materasso. Ordinato e molto pulito con cucina super fornita. Presenza di aspirapolvere che con due neonati sempre in terra è stato utilissimo. Balcone bellissimo per tante cenette e pranzetti con vista spettacolare! Lo stabilimento balneare molto accogliente con staff giovane e dinamico. Consigliato!

La nostra esperienza presso questa struttura è stata estremamente positiva; l'accoglienza da parte di Marcello è stata senza dubbio perfetta; simpatico educato e molto chiaro nelle indicazioni. La pulizia dell'appartamento è perfetta; bagno pulitissimo, letto, lenzuola e armadio altrettanto e la cosa non è scontata, come purtroppo abbiamo potuto appurare in altre strutture. Es ist wie ein Besuch zu Hause bei der Oma. Alles ist gut gepflegt und hat den Charme einer gemütlichen, kleinen Wohnung aus den 1960er Jahren mit entsprechender Ausstattung. Alessio ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat mich trotz erheblicher Verspätung meines Zuges vom Bahnhof abgeholt und mit dem Gepäck geholfen. Weil ich erst so spät ankam, konnte ich fürs Frühstück nicht mehr einkaufen gehen. Das war aber kein Problem, denn im Kühlschrank gab es Säfte und Joghurt. Außerdem auch Milch, kleine Kuchen und Kaffee und auf dem Tisch stand ein frischer Strauß Blumen. So fühlt man sich wirklich willkommen und die Wohnung ist kein steriles Hotelzimmer, sondern ein echtes Zuhause mit Seele. Gerne wieder!

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in der sehr schönen Wohnung. Lucilla ist eine sehr zuvorkommende und freundliche Gastgeberin. Die Lage der Wohnung war perfekt für uns. Nahe zum Strand und eine Terasse mit absoluter Privatsphäre. Alles war sehr unkompliziert und wir konnten von Tag 1 an komplett einen schönen Urlaub erleben. Vielen Dank für Alles. Wir werden sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Het appartement is prachtig! Wel een paar trapjes lopen. Het balkon is fenomenaal, prachtig uitzicht over de heuvels. De strandtent van Riccardo was wel open, maar de stoelen en parasols komen pas 1 juni. Wel een heel gezellig terras met lekkere drankjes en lunchgerechten. Je loopt er zó heen uit de flat. Het appartement was heel comfortabel, lekker bed, goede douche. Alleen de keukeninrichting zou wat vernieuwing kunnen gebruiken, met name de pannen. Goede wasmachine en ik heb zelfs in de vakantie staan strijken met de aanwezige strijkplank en het strijkijzer. De buurt is heel keurig en rustig. Kortom, dit appartement is echt een aanrader. Maison située au milieu des vignes et des oliviers. Calme avec vue sur mer et la montagne. Prestation de qualité avec de grands espaces intérieurs et extérieurs et surtout une piscine incroyablement grande. Excellent séjour.

Abbiamo trovato questa struttura per caso ed eravamo già colpiti dalle foto per la bellezza degli ambienti ma nella realtà erano ancora più accoglienti e confortevoli. Andrea è stato un Host davvero fantastico, al nostro arrivo siamo arrivati e ci ha dato tutte le informazioni del caso compreso vari consigli utili su posti locali. La struttura si è presentata davvero confortevole e ancora più bella rispetto alle foto, tutto completamente ristrutturato e avere il plus di avere colazione e struttura balneare incluso sicuramente rende il soggiorno ancora più gradevole. Oltre a questi grandi punti di forza è la centralità dell’appartamento davvero comodo a tutto, il supermarket è a 2 minuti, parcheggio gratuito a massimo 5 minuti, in 10 minuti si è in spiaggia e in 5 in centro paese. Una soluzione davvero fantastica. Consigliatissimo

L’appartamento é semplicemente splendido. Incredibile la cura dei particolari e l’ ottimizzazione degli spazi. La posizione é strategica, tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo molto vicina al paese e alle spiagge, raggiungibili in pochi minuti a piedi. Mohammed é un host molto accogliente e disponibile, per qualsiasi necessità potete contare su di lui. Se alloggerete qui non dovrete pensare a nulla se non a rilassarvi. Grazie di tutto, torneremo sicuramente!

Piękne mieszkanie, urządzone we włoskim klimacie. Bardzo czysto. W pełni wyposażone , w mieszkaniu było wszystko co potrzebne a nawet i więcej. Super lokalizacja, do morza spacerem 3 minuty , do centrum max 10 minut. W spokojnej okolicy. Pani Simonetta jest bardzo miła i kontaktowa. Na samym początku przedstawiła nam miejsca do których warto pójść , poleciła najlepsze restauracje , a nawet na koniec zamówiła taxi na lotnisko na konkretną godzinę. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni i na pewno jak zawitamy w Pescarze to też się tam zatrzymamy.

Dato che avevo un Matrimonio a pescara ho decido di concedermi un po di relax tra gli ulivi di Silvi... La casa è bellissima e pulita , in una zona rilassante e tranquilla! Brunella e gaetano sono stati host gentili e disponibili, mi hanno dato consigli sui ristoranti migliori, le spiagge piu vicine e i posti nei dintorni piu interessanti da vedere. L'amaca vista mare è stata il mio punto preferito della casa!!

siamo stati ospiti di Sabrina perchè i figli erano impegnati in una attività sportiva alnpalsport di Montesilvano. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, tutto in ordine e pulito, cucina ben attrezzata, parcheggio auto riservato. Tutto perfetto.

Great place to stay with my girlfriends for our little beach trip. Within walking distance to the beach, and centre of town. Couple of supermarkets nearby, plenty of space, two bathrooms, extremely clean. Needing a little TLC as property is an old Italian style apartment, but couldn’t fault it really. Excellent! The hosts are around the corner, easy to communicate with, beautiful and quiet. Large American style fridge freezer, kitchen has everything you need. They left some breakfast for us, water in the fridge, and what strike me the most the apartment was extremely clean!!!!! Large balcony, blackout rail in shades.. You won’t be disappointed! Enjoy

Vi har haft förmånen att bo i Dinos lägenhet. Jag upplever boendet som hemtrevligt och välkomnande, allt var rent och ordningsamt och hade allt det vi behövde för våra dagar i lägenheten. Dino var en enastående värd i allt från de initiala instruktionerna hur man tog sig, var man hittar parkeringen osv, tills dess vi lämnade lägenheten. Han var nåbar väldigt snabbt vid frågor. Han erbjöd oss dessutom att att låna cyklar så vi kunde bege långt en bra bit söderut utmed strandpromenaden. Jag skulle gärna återkomma igen.

Giovanni est un hote très aimable et réactif! Une petit attention pour nos enfants nous attendaient à notre arrivée ce qui nous a clairement beaucoup touché. L’appartement est beau, lumineux et spacieux. Il est très bien équipé et on peut remarquer que comparé à d’autres appartements en location, les équipements de celui-ci sont régulièrement renouvelés pour donner un aspect de neuf. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la place de parking privative et l’accès à la plage à 2 min à pieds. Nous séjournerons avec grand plaisir dans ce logement pour notre prochain séjour à Montesilvano.

Great quiet beach location. Perfect for us. The bikes were helpful for getting to Grottammare and going on rides along the sea. Very easy bike ride. The beach is a couple block walk and so is a grocery store. Simone and Rita were so nice and the house had all we needed! My son and I had a great time. Thank you for leaving us coffee and milk to start our trip!

Five-star experience, excellent apartment all around. Close to the city center and the wonderful Molo Sud. Perfect also for mobile working with fast internet. Don’t forget to ask Gaetano for restaurant recommendations, you will be delighted.

I greatly appreciated the attention to detail and care that Carmelina shows for the comfort of guests. The amenities were perfect, and the welcoming atmosphere made us feel at home. Short distance to the beach (5 min walking) or public transportation (3 min). It was a wonderful experience and we will certainly return when we have the chance again!

Wir hatten einen rundum tollen Aufenthalt in Paolas Wohnung. Die Lage ist überragend - man braucht gerade mal 5 Minuten an den Strand. Die Wohnung selbst ist genau wie auf den Bildern. Man hat alles was man braucht und die Kommunikation mit Paola ist super. Da die Durchgangsstraße nahe der Wohnung liegt, ist es auf der Terrasse etwas laut manchmal. Aber das hat uns nicht gestört, da abends wenig Verkehr ist und man so nah am Strand ist, dass man sich die meiste Zeit dort aufhält. Für unseren Hund war die Wohnung auch ganz toll, da beide Gärten eingezäunt sind. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

Our family of 4 had a great stay with a beautiful, clean and spacious home. Stunning views of the beach located across the street. Great shopping and restaurants all within walking distance. Marco was an amazing host and always readily available, when needed. We had a wonderful vacation in this home.
