The main house of Honu House is only available at certain times when the owners are traveling. It has two bedrooms which are identical master bedrooms. They are spacious and come with a toilet, two sinks each and a walk-in shower. On the main floor there is a large living and dining area and a full kitchen. Definitely one of the best place to stay in Mindoro. It’s very quiet and the views are majestic. The staff is also very friendly. They have great food at the restaurant and the golf is beautiful. I would definitely recommend that place even if you are not a golfer.

Thank you, Maria’s sisters. Very accommodating& active sa mga concern mo, iniisip mo paLang pprovide na niLa magsabi ka Lang as Long as kaya niLa bibigay niLa. Highlights ng vacation namin eh yung tindahan niLa na waLang over price fair enough ang mga biLihin uLtimo aLak at frozen goods. (pede pa nga Lista muna :) ) They will give you information sa mga tricycLe fare even the isLand hopping, siLa na mag aasikaso ng trip nyo. Pati yung motor rent (suzuki burgman) niLa na super mura ang fee, just provide your License to be safe and return mo Lang na full tank. Secure ang buong area with Lock sa gabi. 🫶🏻 We’ll surely get back here.

This was my second time staying here. I could live there forever. I stayed 2 weeks the first time and I came right back for a month this time. If I am not busy this winter I will definitely be coming back for 6 months in November. Truly a hidden Gem on the island.

My solo trip to Puerto Galera was made so much better by staying at Chi Chi and Kuya Red's accomodations. Having the rooftop as my personal retreat for coffee (Free coffee, yes it's free as well the drinking water. They also have kitchen if you want to cook your own meal as the equipment is provided) and reflection was wonderful. What truly stood out, though, were the genuine connections I made with Kuya Red and Chi through our conversations, and the fun I had playing with their furbaby Tacos. The apartment itself was fantastic – spacious, clean, and with everything I needed. Its convenient location was a bonus for exploring on my own. Their warm welcome made me feel like I was staying with friends, transforming my solo trip into a truly memorable and connected experience. Without a doubt, I'll be back. For me, it's a flawless 10000000/10 experience. ❤️❤️❤️😊😊😊

The property is gorgeous and a great place to relax! This cottage has the best view and balcony of the four cottages because it's closest to the beach. We appreciated the extra room with the small fridge this cottage has to offer. The only downside is the bathroom, which is rather small. I know it's common for Asian bathrooms to have the shower head pointing right at the toilet, but it's still a bit annoying. Ate Chanda is a great host on the property and very kind and helpful! The location is beautiful, with very few people on the beach. There are a lot of sea urchins right outside the property, so bringing aqua shoes is useful. To the left of the property there are no sea urchins and there is a beautiful location for swimming and snorkeling a ten minute walk away. Going to Puerto Galera is tricky and the boat drivers charged a large fee to take us there, so beware that this place is remoter than it might seem on the map. Overall, we loved our stay here and would love to return!

Matched the descriptions, responsive service, friendly. Very simple but clean and the airconditioning unit worked fine. Had bath towels, soap and hangers. Working door locks. The kitchen was closed.
