Rented the house as a lodging for me and my friends who had event near by and the house was great! very spacious and easily accessible! David was also very responsive and helpful during our stay. overall a very nice experience and very worth the price

this house located not far from Tebet highway exit. housing area not so lound and busy. however road to access to the house really narrow, please be careful with this. complete facilities provided by host such as air conditioner, iron, internet, gas and stove.this house also clean and good

The house is really cool. So, I'm excited to find money if I stay here, because I want to have a rich house like this lol. There are outlets next to the bed (important!!) and everywhere nearby too. If I go to Jakarta, I think I'll stay here again

Since there are several bathrooms and sophisticated furniture, we could have a comfortable stay here. Additionally, this house has an alternative power supply, so we could remain comfortable even during a power outage.

This is a great place. I think this apartment surpassed expectations. The apartment is great, clean, and matches the photos and description. I would have liked to have extended my stay but it was already booked. Really enjoyed my stay.

This place is convenient to get to and from where we want to go. Easy access of public transpo and walking distance from nearby restaurants and grocery store. Only thing about this place is close to the main road with high traffic 24/7, you will hear the noise from the road. You will eventually get used it. Overall, I would recommend Elia’s place if anyone wants to go around South Jakarta conveniently.

The place was perfect for our group. We had separate rooms and still have a common area where we can stay. The location was also convenient with a lot of nearby convenience stores and a mall nearby connected through the basement. Overall, we’re very happy we stayed here!

the apartment unit is as pictured, very clean, the design makes the children very happy, we can use all the facilities in the apartment and the staff from San Living are very responsive and very helpful whenever there are questions or requests from us, access to the mall is also very very close just go down the apartment and directly enter the mall Thank you so much for the comfortable,clean and beautiful view of the residence during 5D4N

I wanted a place to gather & have quality time with my family before going back abroad, this place was perfect. Rooms layouts were simple but spacious, with all the necessary amenities provided and big balconies + windows to see three different views (highway, city view & Kem chick neighborhood). Located at the heart of Kemang, it's very easy to get anything you want & lost of restaurants, street food, etc in walking distance. Overall happy with my 2 day stay, writing below points for improvement. Thanks. - Washing machine worked fine, dryer was not functioning. Need to repair/ service. - I brought a car, parking at the basement is quite costly. There's a parking card for the unit, but i have to register myself to the security post.

Whether I needed groceries, meals, or just wanted to walk around and shop, it was all just a few steps away. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and well-equipped for a comfortable stay. The Wi-Fi was reliable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable for the price. It's a very affordable option, especially considering the prime location. Check-in was smooth and the host was responsive and helpful throughout my stay. If you're visiting Jakarta and want to be in the heart of things without breaking the bank, this is a solid choice. Would definitely stay here again!
