The property is tucked away one house back from the road into Lanikai, and described by guests as "a little oasis of quiet and calm." Beach chairs and beach umbrella in the unit. SUV rental also available with free, secured parking a block and 1/2 away from the unit. The unit doesn't come with parking and all parking stalls are assigned to owners. Don't park in a stall. Your car will be towed.

Lanikai Garden Studio - Licensed Since 1985!

Even better than we expected! (And we expected it to be great). The studio is larger than we thought and every detail is carefully thought out. The place is extremely clean and very close to the beach. Do not worry about privacy, the studio has its own gate and garden area. We hope to return soon.

This will be the place that I want to come back next time and stay while in Honolulu. James and Sunny have thought through every detail for the guests and you would not need a thing other than your basic luggage. I thought the complimentary parking was great i lieu of paying $40-$50 for every day at hotels. Also, this is located next to a park where it is quiet at night unlike many other places in Honolulu. I truly enjoyed the stay and definitely want to come back!

Our first stay in Waikiki and I would definitely stay here again! The location was very walkable to the beach and all of the shops and restaurants that go along with it. At first I wasn't so sure about the outside hallway into the unit, but we appreciated so many things about the inside space! The little amenities (like salt & pepper in the kitchen and 4 towel hooks in the bathroom, boogie boards), not to mention the biggest TV we've ever seen in an apartment made our Oahu trip quite nice. Clothes / luggage space was little tight for the 4 of us, but we made it work! The instructions to enter were very helfpul. It's also great that we had a parking space included. We will keep this space bookmarked as a first choice when we visit Waikiki again!

New Listing! Stylish Waikiki Condo - Free Parking

I stayed at Vicky’s condo for three nights for a quick solo surf trip. Getting to Queens and Canoes surf spots was a breezy 8-10 minute walk. What else can I add that hasn’t already been mentioned? Vicky’s place is as pictured - immaculately clean. I love that it’s tucked away from the busier parts of Waikiki, it is definitely quieter. The kitchen stocked all the basic essentials I needed to make a hot breakfast. Internet connectivity was good, most of the time (I think there was a service outage towards the end of my stay - not the host’s fault). Free parking and a dedicated work desk were clutch. Vicky is an excellent host. I appreciated her communication during booking, before arrival, and during my stay. She was responsive and was very helpful in answering my questions. I highly recommend booking this place! End your search now!

We had the best time at Barbara and Lionel's place!! They're both so friendly and make you feel right at home. They had beautiful flowers waiting for us with bagels and jam for breakfast. They also had fresh pineapple for us, which was delicious. The kitchen area is stocked with everything we needed, and they even provided filtered drinking water. The bathroom is very spacious and clean, and the neighborhood is so quiet. They're located within walking distance of Kailua Beach so we walked there often. They provide beach towels, which was so convenient, and also beach chairs. They're also walking distance to the center of town, where we found some great restaurants. This is really the perfect place to stay in Kailua. I'll definitely stay here again when I come back.

Excellent location. Close to beach , restaurants and everything. Very walkable. The hosts even provide beach umbrellas, chairs and a wagon to haul them. The unit is also nicely managed. Communication is great. Recommended for family vacations!
