Relax in this comfortable and stylish space only 2 miles from Siesta Beach. The Getaway is the perfect spot to relax whether you're here on business or you've spent the whole day on the beach. The space is newly remodeled and you will lack nothing here! Enjoy the outdoor deck and two Nigerian Dwarf goats that live on the property. The Getaway is an apartment style space attached to the main home. It has it's own entrance and is completely private. The host lives in the main part of the home.

Peaceful and centrally located, ideal for relaxation and easy access to explore historic Sarasota and the beaches. A quick drive, bike or a short walk to downtown Sarasota, Selby Botanical Garden and Pineapple Street antique shops. 1.5 miles to Sarasota Bay. 3.5 miles to St Armands Circle and Lido Beach. 6.5 miles to Siesta Key.

City Garden Cottage is a cozy and comfortable cottage located in the quiet Laurel Park neighborhood in Sarasota, only a few blocks from downtown. The studio is surrounded by lush gardens and trees with a Hot Tub (open Oct-June). Inside, you will find a kitchenette equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, and hot plate. Stay at our renovated beautiful beach styled studio furnishing with a queen size bed as well as a full pull out couch bed. There’s a mini fridge, a two burner electric cooktop, a microwave, a toaster, a tea pot with complementary tea bags, coffee pot with complementary coffee and keurig with complementary Starbucks k cups. Free wifi and a 50 inch tv facing the bed. 2 minutes away from the air port, 10 minutes away from IMG Academy , 30 minutes from Anna Maria Island and siesta key .

This condo is attached to my home but is totally independant with private access. The condo is upstairs and accessible by a spiral staircase ( avoid large suitcase, may be challenging for some people) A large bedroom with a king bed, an equiped kichen ( combined microwave/ oven), a bathroom ( large shower) and a living room with high ceiling. We follow cleaning recommendations. You can arrive anytime after check in time.PARKING is in the dead end street in front of my garden
