An outstanding home away from home. The apartment had absolutely everything you could possibly need in a perfect location. The concierge staff were so friendly and helpful which is not always the case. Numerous bars and restaurants nearby. Great bus services so a car absolutely not essential. Highly recommend...

We loved our stay here! The view and experience from the balcony are breathtaking - cooking and lounging on the hammocks out there was so peaceful and amazing. It was so amazing falling asleep to the sounds of nature. Warm and sunny during the day, nice and cool in the mornings and at night. We had no problems with bugs/mosquitoes/wildlife despite how immersed in nature the home is, maybe because of the altitude and cooler mountain weather. Grisel and Pancho were incredibly kind, our Puerto Rican grandparents :) we will be happy to come stay here again! Much love to you two!

Stayed for a long weekend with my boyfriend and it was great! The location is amazing and everything is walking distance. Just like the photos, if not better! I stayed at one of Beatrice’s other units in this exact location, so I did not hesitate to stay here. If you want easy beach access, beautiful beach views from the balcony, or a quick drive to Old San Juan, this unit is where you want to stay. Highly recommend, and I will be returning to this unit in the future when visiting!

Ernie's place was wonderful & exactly what we were looking for. Its location was far enough away from the main beach of Playa Puerto Nuevo to be quiet and peaceful, while still an easy 3 minute walk to enter the beach. Ernie was working on a project next door when we arrived, but made sure to come over and introduce himself. He also supplied extras that came in handy - beach towels, coolers, beach chairs. The balcony and beautiful views were the perfect way to start and end each day. Overall, great host and place to stay! Quick tip - the remote to turn the living room A/C on and off also turns the TV on and off. Be sure to use the TV remote to save energy and turn the TV off, after turning the A\C on or off.

Had a great stay and looking forward to returning next year. Really nice villa with cold air conditioning. Great view from the balcony. Very clean and organized. Loved that I was able to make my morning Cafe con Leche using the stovetop Espresso maker. No issues or complaints. We have family in the area so the location was perfect for us.

What a pleasure it was to experience San Juan with Paloma’s place as a base camp! There is an enchanted feel to old San Juan and Paloma’s place captures that in her creative and comfortable space. Bed was super comfortable as well. Thanks for helping make our visit special!

Great location in the center of all the Excursions and Beaches. Many restaurants in the area as well as night life. Fantastic beach Los Tubos amazing waves. Condo is spacey and comfortable enjoy your nights on the roof top. Would definitely look into the other Air B &B on the island offered by this management company. Really 🥰 Puerto Rico love my heritage & culture.

Highly recommend this spot for stay, especially if you have kids. Being able to walk directly out back to the beach was great. House was very clean and well kept with several amenities, games, beach supplies, etc. You won’t regret staying here!

I recommend anyone traveling to PR to stay at Villa Estrella. The home is beautiful and exactly as pictured felt like home . The place was very clean and provided amenities including the pool . It exceeded the expectations of my family and I. Home is convenient because it is at a close distance to everything and in a great location .From the beginning hosts were also very responsive . Thank you again Khalil for being attentive at all times with any questions we had.The best part is that in addition they offer a car rental option . We rented the car for our trip and pricing is extremely reasonable. I highly recommend to anyone booking Villa Estrella to go with the car rental option if looking for a car rental . We had a wonderful time as a family and felt right at home. The house is quite comfortable. It has air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. The pool is perfect for spending the whole day in, and even at night it's spectacular with the lights in the gazebo and pool area. Having access to the beach from the house adds to the special atmosphere. We took beautiful photos there. Definitely a special place that makes you want to return.

We had a great stay at Mi Casita! Nelson greeted us at the door and was very helpful. We loved to hear the sounds of the Coquis, made the one night stay very peaceful! Nelson was kind enough to offer us some coffee on our way out. Don’t hesitate booking Mi Casita!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. Neisha and Antonio were responsive and easy to communicate with, and check-in was seamless. The location was perfect. We loved the restaurants Arrecife 681, Simple and La Jolla. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Staying at Eileen’s home was a great experience. The house was spacious and very clean! Check in and check out was super easy and Eileen responded promptly to any questions that I had. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Puerto Rico and would stay there again!

If Your searching for quiet this will not be it. But if your searching for fun, night life, and great location this is it. Instructions were very simple, easy to find, and security was great and safe. Exactly what was advertised, amenities close, full kitchen for cooking. The place was very decorative & beautiful. Relaxed, clean & calm atmosphere. The Airbnb had everything we needed from cleaning products, toiletries to even a kuregg. Angel was a phenomenal host & when me & my fiancee decide to come back we'll surely book with him again.

this is a beautiful oceanfront property. there are beaches where you can layout nearby but this place is oceanfront and walkable in the morning to find seaglass, shells and sand dollars.

Manish's Beach Pad is exactly as advertised!!! You can be on the beach within about 3 minutes. Yes, location is key, but let's say you got a little burned and wanted to stay in, you can do that as well. Manish has made sure you have everything you need to feel right at home. Not only do you have everything you will need, you are very very secure. Candado is already the safest place on the island, but the security measures to enter this place is 4 fold and you will certainly appreciate it. Honestly, I cannot say enough good things about Manish's Beach Pad. As long as he is hosting, we will keep coming back to this exact location. Manish, thank you so so so very much for sharing your wonderful place with us!!!!

Perfect location! In the heart of Old San Juan, truly immersed into the culture and night light. So close to the water and historic landmarks. It was so easy to walk around the city and plan outings. Love love love!

Overall great location, and beautiful view. clean and tidy with very friendly and responsive feedback from the host. one minor thing that seems rather temporary was the noise from the industrial air con, located nearby the building but still manageable and something we did get used to after first night.
