We had such a wonderful stay at this historic home! Ruth was a great host and was easy to communicate with, even when I needed to message her late at night. The rooms were great and it was in a perfect location. We are looking forward to booking here again next year.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Big Red house in New London! The host, Chris, was so helpful in working with our dates. We traveled to New London for my mother-in-law's celebration of life, and I could not think of a better place to stay with my family and close family friends. The children (and adults!) enjoyed the game room and other amenities such as the screened porch and hot tub. We would have used the sauna/cold plunge if we had more time. The house was spacious, comfortable, and very private but easy access and close to downtown New London which was perfect for us. Again, I must highlight how gracious and helpful the host was - it was one of the best experiences I had so far with Airbnb. Please consider staying here - you will love it!

I traveled with two toddlers 3 and under. The amount of space was perfect for our young family. My pro tip to future guests is to move anything delicate, block the loft ladder with the spare chair, get your eyes literally on the ground to check for anything that may peak the interest of a toddler. I enjoyed the convenience of the golf cart, toddler amenities, & stocked detergents for lots of laundry. Host was Immediately responsive when we ran into a hiccup during check in. We got to enjoy the village with just ourselves during the weekdays. Rooms had plenty of storafe for our weeks worth of clothes. I am so thrilled we stayed here and highly recommend.

Very clean and comfortable space! Decorated very adorably and felt like home away from home.The area is lovely but not very walkable in general as it is off of a busy road.We did carefully walk to the cemetery to let the kids run and added mementos on some graves.I know it sounds spooky to some but it was a historical location and fronts a lake.There is a murder of crows who also call it home so if you are feeling super Goth Snow White then you can always give them peanuts.There are stores, restaurants, and lots of places to spend your money locally very close to this condo.The only issue was WiFi was not reliable, I found to hard to work from location, but host shared that she will check this out.Laundry is on site but can be quite expensive depending, there is another laundry facility on location but the dryers don’t work as well as the ones for the condo.Garbage cans are smaller and you have to empty more frequently but that’s not an issue for a smaller family.Overall 10/10!

This is the perfect place for a getaway! It’s away from the busy part of Hampton Beach but close enough if you want to go there. The drive on Ocean Blvd North is spectacular! Brianna and Melissa were very responsive to my needs. Easy to get to and plenty of parking, then, just cross the road and you’re on the beach. Overall, really great week!

Being walking distance to the Bank of NH Pavilion makes this place perfect for a concert. It has a nice view of the lake and is steps from a beautiful beach! We enjoyed our quick stay!

I had a great experience at Mike’s AirBNB. It was very nice and clean. The AirBNB is in a great location within walking distance to local restaurants and shopping plaza’s. This AirBNB is listed at a very reasonable and fair price. Mike reached out to make sure I didn’t have any trouble checking in. This was a perfect place to stay for Laconia Bike Week. I had a great stay. Highly recommend!

Although the building as a whole is dated, and a very interesting layout, the condo itself was *pristine*! BE AWARE however, the condo is on the 2nd floor & there is no elevator (or at least we never saw one), so plan accordingly. The space is beautiful - spacious, clean & fully remodeled! There is 1 bedroom with 2 Q-size beds (*very* comfy, btw), 2 large closets, a wall-mounted TV, and a nightstand between the beds that offers USB and an outlet. The bathroom is roomy & very clean. The kitchen & dining area are lovely & comfy. Nice little extras like bottled water & snacks were greatly appreciated! We were here for a wedding & unfortunately it down-poured the whole time so we didn't do much exploring but I urge you to enjoy b'fast at this lovely cafe called The Flip Side. Also...explore the little "village" in the underbelly of this complex - there is a very large pool hall & a cafe. We found tho, that we had to leave the building & walk through the covered garage below to get there.
