What a fantastic find! The room did just the job, a perfect overnight stay while visiting friends in the area. It was clean, safe, comfortable, and well stopped. It had parking and was very close to amenities in Falmouth, Glistening Waters, and other areas in Trelawney. What made my stay even better was the great hosting skills from Irie Rev. I would definitely recommend this space to anyone who needs a simple overnight stay at a good price.

The place was as described. I loved my stay here and definitely would book again.

Doyl and his lovely wife were incredibly kind and helpful — always there when I needed anything, but also respectful of my space. Their warmth made all the difference. The property itself is a dream. Imagine a private beach with soft white sand, surrounded by breathtaking nature — it’s the perfect escape whether you’re looking to relax, reflect, or enjoy some quality time with someone special. Every morning felt like a scene from a movie, and every evening ended with peace in my heart. This place isn’t just a stay, it’s an experience. Definitely coming back. This unit is perfect for couples. imagine sipping your morning coffee hand in hand as you take in an exquisite view of the Caribbean sea. Or taking an evening stroll through the most beautifully landscaped complex...throw in a few fresh mangoes from the trees on property . It's perfection! This is an older complex, however our hosts made all the necessary upgrades to make this feel like home.

Deya place was truly a gem. We had such a great time! It was spacious, and the staff were friendly and kind. The food was amazing! This was the first resort I’ve stayed where the food was really good. The views were spectacular. The balcony view and watching the blue ocean was the cherry on top. I will say that I would suggest to rent a car because taxi is very expensive ($150-250) and it’s also a bit far from the excursions, however you can go down the Mobay strip where they have some entertainment. Only thing is that there was some stains on the blankets and it would have been nice to have new ones but other than that I would highly recommend!

Peaceful, great view, very comfortable -- plus Judy, Ruddy, and Evelyn are wonderful hosts. It was a little tricky to find, but certainly worth the effort. Evelyn's spot is a short ride to beaches, the Calabash festival, restaurants, and all the charms of Treasure Beach. The neighbors are friendly and the community is walker-friendly. Totally recommend!

5 Stars – A Fantastic Stay at Areca Homes in Discovery Bay! We had an amazing stay at Areca Homes in St. Ann, Discovery Bay! From the moment we arrived, our host Stacy-Ann made us feel welcome and cared for. She was absolutely lovely attentive, kind, and went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable. She even brought us fresh mangoes, which were a delicious treat, and made sure we quickly received batteries for the AC when needed. One of the best parts of our stay was the free access to Puerto Seco Beach, just a short distance away. The beach was stunning clean, relaxing, and perfect for a day in the sun. And the drinks? Wow! Strong, flavorful, and absolutely worth trying. Areca Homes was the perfect home base for our getaway comfortable, well-kept, and in a great location. We would definitely return and recommend it to anyone visiting Discovery Bay.

Nordia was a great host! My family and I had an amazing stay. The house was clean and the yard was truly exceptional. I would recommend this property as it exceeded my expectations🫶🏽

great location with sea views every morning. it made me think of Greece sometimes. intimate and safe place what is not overlooked in Jamaica. proactive from Andrea was perfect, attentive to needs. the amenities are perfect. the place is clean and everything we need. i chose this location because in the middle of the island which allows to restrict the times to all visit from montego bay to ocho kinsgton in portland. location requires a car. But, if you want to take that quiet a beach and amenities restaurants and others are available on foot. enjoy and repent the Jamaican air in this pretty place and admire the sunrises and sunsets all while having your coffee. opening the door you think you'll enter the sea.

I was hesitant about renting An AIRBNB, Robert's place was Cozy Clean,and the location was excellent. He was always responsive and communicates whenever you need him.I highly recommend staying at his AIRBNB to anyone who's looking for some peace and relaxation.. I definitely will stay at his place. It was a pleasure for us to meet Antionette, she was such a welcoming wonderful host. Check in was a breeze with clear instructions. Beautiful and peaceful just what we were looking for. She had plenty of suggestions for restaurants and fun things to do. Any time we called she was ready to assist us. We had VIP access the beach which we loved. Hubby and I had an awesome time there. We will definitely return and would highly recommend.

I stayed at Donovan’s place during a visit for a funeral. The host was very kind and even sent her condolences. Communication was clear and fast. The home was easy to find as per the instructions. The home looked exactly like the photos and it was very clean. The area is so peaceful and the view of the ocean is magical. We felt right at home; we even washed and hung our clothes to dry in the back yard. We felt safe at night my daughter and I security was extra careful (they even gave us a little hard time lol) . I would definitely stay here again I loved it. Thanks for having us and thanks for being so kind .

Dionne is an exceptional host and provides stellar service. Dionne has an AMAZING team that co-manages the unit. My husband has taken likely to Dionne's dad seeks him to hang out with while we are there. This our secind sray with Dionne and we are looking gorward to our future stays i. our home away from home. The stay at Dacia’s was everything and more! From the time I booked with her and Romero, they both were responsive and informative! Her Airbnb was beautiful and clean. She provided my husband and me with a driver from and to the airport. Thank you Dacia and Romero! My first time in Montego Bay, Jamaica and I thank you for the hospitality!

This was perfect for our family to stay a week - a clean and comfortable space to ourselves, fairly well-appointed, in a quiet development with a lovely pool and well-kept grounds. It’s a four-minute walk from a truly stunning beach. Hosts were super responsive and accommodating when we had minor issues. Beach towels were provided, and there were chairs set up on the beach for guests. We look forward to returning!

Beautiful and spacious property! I would definitely stay here again! I would recommend purchasing the all inclusive plan as everything from meals to club events are a separate charge if you aren’t on the all inclusive plan. We weren’t sure what we could or could not participate in. Overall, this stay was a 10/10! Furniture was super comfortable and the views were amazing! I hope to return soon!

Recently, my friends and I had the privilege of staying at this Airbnb, and it was a very enjoyable experience. We felt completely at home in the friendly and welcoming environment that welcomed us from the time we arrived. The host was really helpful and gave us all the information we required to get the most out of our visit. The home itself had all the conveniences we could want, lovely design, and was immaculately maintained. We could easily explore the surrounding area and take advantage of everything it has to offer because the location was ideal. After a day of exploring, we particularly valued the comfortable areas where we could rest and recuperate. Overall, we had an absolutely amazing time.

Wendy-Jo and Hank’s place was absolutely beautiful, private, and peaceful. The apartment had perfect views of the beach and it was easy access to both the beach and the pool. They even went out of their way to write a nice birthday card for my partner’s birthday. We also booked their recommended driver for a couple of nights when we went in town for dinner. Overall, we had no issues staying in the apartment and Wendy-Jo and Hank were super responsive if I had any questions. If I come back to Jamaica, I’ll definitely stay at this Airbnb again!

Michelle responded quickly to all our questions. The room was nice—no complaints, especially for the price. It was a comfortable stay, and we’re hoping to come back soon if it’s available.

Everything you see in the photos is exactly how it is in real life. It’s really home away from home. Only problem I had was finding the place, otherwise the place was awesome and definitely will be visiting again soon.

Many thanks to Hank and Wendy Jo. They were super responsive and helpful. They graciously allowed us to check in early for our anniversary. And even sent their housekeeper to check on us mid visit. The location is great, the best hot water on the island, and what a beautiful patio to take in the sunrise and the sunset. We will definitely be back. Thank you both!
