Le logement (90 m2 ) est douillet et authentique, bien chauffé et très équipé. Au RDC : hall d'entrée avec WC, grande pièce ouverte en L avec poêle à bois, cuisine, et séjour/salon orienté sud. A l'étage : 3 chambres et 1 salle de bain avec baignoire. Grand cellier au RDC bas. Deux jardins avec du soleil toute la journée. Connexion internet Fibre Optique.

Set in the countryside, 4 kilometers from Condat and adjoining our home, is our Cantal farmhouse known as a longère. Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. Whatever the time of year, you’ll enjoy the Longère’s comfort and charm.

Farmhouse Auvergne Mountainview

The detached farmhouse from 1897 has been fully renovated in 2001; original details like the wooden beams of the ceiling at the ground floor, the fire place with the large chimney and the thick walls of almost one meter have been kept. The house has been fully adjusted to the demands of today, central heating, modern bathroom, bright bedrooms and two toilets. The authentic details and antique decorations in the living room give the house its authentic atmosphere where everyone feels at home.
