Kim is TRULY A SUPERHOST❤️she even went out of her way to help us with transportation. The place is a sanctuary in the middle of busy Malate and you will not be able to hear any noise once you’re in your room. We feel very safe and well taken care of by the host. I highly recommend this place if you are planning to be in Manila. Everything you need is right there such as great restaurants to eat and shopping places. One of my favorite AIR BNB ever! I am coming back! Thank you Miss beautiful Kim and your co-host who woke up at 4am to get us our ride to the airport!

I work remotely and needed some quiet from the hustle & hustle of Manila (and didn't like the idea of being on the 67th floor of some building). So I rolled the dice and looked for a place outside the city and landed in Cainta. I needed a makeshift desk and Ms Honey made it happen. The apartment is nestled inside of neighborhood, but there are plenty of places to eat. The grocery isn't far and the mall is a bit of a hike, but I like walking as it gave me a chance to see things. My favorite spot ... Coffee Daniel. Best Spanish Lattes hands diwn. And my favorite part ... the people Everyone was courteous and kind. The coolest part was after playing basketball with the neighborhood kids them calling me as I passed by on my way somewhere. I've traveled all over and of all the places this felt most like I was at home. It's a bit out of the way, but if you want a relaxing, peaceful neighborhood, this is your place. If the universe says the same, I'll be back

Loved our stay here, the place is accessible to nearest malls, terminal and other establishments. The place is clean and the host even prepared a welcome note for us (very thoughtful). No problem during our short stay at the place.♥️

Cedric always responds quickly to my questions and concerns even though I booked the place the night before my stay. He was still able to provide the concise instructions on checking in and out within the short amount of time. The free parking space was definitely a plus point for me. Checking in and out was so quick it didnt even take 5 minutes. The bed is soft and the pillows are fluffy. I just thought it would be better to have an extra blanket provided instead of just 1. We enjoyed the PS4 and I was able to work efficiently with their fast Wifi. The CR is also very clean, complete with toiletries except toothbrushes (I was informed prior to checking in). Overall, we had a peaceful, comfortable, and convenient stay. There is also a mall on the ground flr, complete with restaurants, banks, and convenience stores. The place is also near malls, parks, and food bazaars, all within walking distance. Will definitely stay here again.

Our 16-day stay at this Airbnb was truly wonderful! From day one, the host was responsive, helpful, and kind. Ms. Avic, in particular, was so sweet and friendly, making us feel truly welcome. 🥰 The space was spotlessly clean, with complete kitchen amenities and a neat, well-stocked bathroom. The air conditioner kept the room perfectly cold, and the bed was big and very comfortable—ideal for relaxing after a long day. We also loved the huge closet and the Netflix access, which added to the cozy, at-home feel. Security in the building was excellent, giving us peace of mind throughout our stay. Everything about the place—from cleanliness to comfort to hospitality—was beyond our expectations. It’s the perfect mix of convenience and warmth. We felt right at home and enjoyed every moment. Whether you’re staying for a few days or longer, this Airbnb is a beautiful, relaxing space worth booking. Highly recommended—we would definitely come back again! I’ve stayed for 19D18N at Mai’s unit. It was clean, organized, and well-maintained, complete with everything I needed. From kitchen to cleaning essentials, everything was well-provided. The bed was clean and comfy, and the beddings smelled clean and good, and there were enough pillows to use. Mai is one of the greatest hosts I’ve had the pleasure to interact with here at AirBnB. She responds and resolves concerns promptly, making sure everything I need as a guest is well taken care of. Mai has been nothing but kind, considerate, and generous. I could cook freely because the kitchen is well-equipped. All the appliances were working perfectly fine. Also, her place is very accessible to the mall, restos/fast foods, supermarket, laundry shops, gym (Anytime Fitness if you’re a member). Everything you’ll ever need is in one place! No need to drive or commute! It was a pleasant stay and experience. I felt comfy and at home staying at her place. I will surely be staying at Mai’s place again.

This place was way better than we expected and definitely one of the best units we’ve stayed in. It had everything we needed, super clean, comfy, and had such a warm, welcoming vibe that made us feel right at home. The place was superb! I love how the ac was already working when we got in. Making the place cool already. The place was comfy and feels home. There were 2 mics both perfectly working. It wasn't noted in the list but cooking ware were provided. We were able to preheat some dish upon dinner. Extra garbage bags were also provided. AC works perfectly. It was cold and not noisy. Probably one of the best spaces in Fame. Clean, fresh-smelling, and thoughtfully designed, a smart home powered by Alexa. Despite being a small 1-bedroom unit, every inch is maximized and well-organized. The attention to detail is impressive, and they even provided courtesy water. What truly stands out is the owner's guidance and the clear standard they set for every guest. This is how every host should do it. Kudos!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location is perfect just a 5-minute walk to the food park, and both Megamall and Robinsons are nearby, which made everything super convenient. The unit itself was cozy and well-equipped. I especially loved the thick comforter, which made sleeping extra comfortable. But the real highlight for us were the lazy boy chairs, my partner and I had such a great time relaxing and binge-watching Netflix (which the host kindly provided access to). For fellow runners: there’s a running loop just below the building where you can get in a jog and even meet some locals who enjoy running too. It was a pleasant surprise! Only small issue we noticed was that the wall sockets were a bit loose, so we had to support our charger to keep it in place, but that was a minor thing and didn’t affect our overall experience. Would definitely recommend this place for a comfy and convenient stay!

My family truly enjoyed our time, especially the kids who had a blast with the games and the pool. The free parking was also a big plus. Thank you for the warm hospitality! We had a wonderful time and Raquel was very accommodating with our check in and check out dates. The place was very clean and the dishes spotless as well as the linens. The aircons kept it very cool the whole time and the scenic view of the city was beautiful at nighttime.

Nice and homey stay, smells really good upon entering. Host is accomodating and very extra. As a clean freak unit is well maintained, was able to do work online as it has fast internet. Perfect chill place they also have honesty store so you don't need to go outside to buy basic essentials, Elevators are also not crowded, easy self check in. Will definitely go back and well recommended! ✨️✨️👌
