Great place in a beautiful location!

The places is close to main road. It has a private garden which is just so pleasant to the mangalore weather. Garden outside and on the top floor it was great and well maintained. Host was extremely responsive and we did not face any irregularities at all during our check in and check out process. We stayed for 2 nights, it felt like home. The place is great. Especially the garden made me feel like our home.

The place is very clean and well maintained. Everyone in the family from 21 year old to 85 year old liked the place.

Perfect Stay for Large Groups! We recently stayed at this Airbnb with a group of 12 friends for one night, and it was absolutely perfect! The property is incredibly spacious and accommodated all of us with ease. there was enough room for everyone to be comfortable. One of the standout features of this place is its location. Although it's right in the heart of the city, the atmosphere was surprisingly quiet and calm, allowing us to relax and enjoy our time together. The property had all the required amenities, making our stay hassle-free. We even had the chance to cook some dishes in the well-equipped kitchen, which was a nice touch for our group. A big shoutout to the owner and the manager, who were extremely helpful and always available to answer any questions or fulfill any requests we had. Their hospitality made our experience even better. Parking was another huge plus—there was ample space, and we managed to park 8+ cars without any issues. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay.

Lovely location for the beach house, host made sure we had everything we needed and allowed a flexible checkin and checkout option. Bathrooms and kitchen could have been bigger but we managed alright with all facilities as advertised.

I stayed with Alistair for 2 days and it was a great experience. The apartment is very cosy and has great spaces - kitchen, balcony living room and the bedroom, all of it was neat, tidy, minimalistic. Lots of natural light, private and breezy. Fully stocked and a green neighborhood also! Would love to stay with Alistair again

Very beautiful and modern accommodation. Location close to the beach makes it one of the best places to experience Udupi. Very helpful staff.

This place was a hidden gem. Location was absolutely perfect. It was across the beach which was clean unexplored and just a wide stretch of white sand ! The house was also sufficient, perfect for a large group. The pool was a good size, and added to the house. Ashok got us our supplies and made great homemade food. Also the restaurant Kaai at Nilaya stays had some great food. Only regret is we got to know about surfing lessons the night before we left ! So if you stay here please check at the reception at Nilaya stays and they will hook you up. We were on a week long road trip from Bangalore with 5 adults and 4 kids and everyone loved this place and location the best !

If I can give more than 5 star, I must have given that. It's more than fantastic. We received all kinds of help even before we asked for it. Ashit and Preetha was always connected through WA, Rakshit the best manager, and Dinakar and Vikas served as the best food in a very reasonable cost. I with my family and two fur kids enjoyed a lot. Thank you for everything. Wish to come back again in near future.

I really had a great weekend here with my family It was a spacious and clean house which met my expectations There is lots of space outside the home like a garden where you can play games like badminton other games or have a barbeque night and I had problems in geyser where the hot water was not available but the caretaker took care of that and provided us the hot water and the host proactively solved the issue once informed and have one suggestion to keep some extra beds so the house can accommodate more people.

The owner is highly communicative, responsive, and helpful, ensuring a smooth and comfortable stay. As a woman traveler, I felt entirely safe, thanks to the secure and tranquil surroundings. Overall, Tobby House combines convenience, cleanliness, and hospitality, making it one of the best places to stay—highly recommended!

The place is very cosy and sleeping provision are plentiful. It also has small open to sky courtyard. And the best part is the large dineout area that overlooks the beach. The place feels very spacious. Dhanush is friendly and accommodative of requests. We thoroughly enjoyed out stay here. The place has easy access from NITK lighthouse, though google maps shows a circuitous route.

This place hosted by Gahan and Gautam is in a great location. The beach is less than 2 minute walk from the place. The area is very peaceful and private. The house in itself has expansive living areas with even a few peacocks in the backyard. Great stay overall.

Awesome place with a direct ocean view. The unit was very clean and maintained well. Worth a stay and reenergize after a hard days work in the city.
