Kenin's space is ideal if you are a nature lover or simply looking for a quick getaway from the city. Also, it is suitable if you have a pet, Kenin takes care of having an extra bed for that visit. Kenin was very attentive to the arrival and briefly described the house rules. Perhaps the only disadvantages are that you could only get there by car or an interprovincial bus (the airbnb is located on a highway). The surroundings are usually dark at night and you can hear the trucks passing by, but it can be resolved with a couple of earplugs.

First Palmar is a very nice sector in Ecuador, the beach is very nice , the people are very friendly, it has many food stores, the popular food is good, the road is very good. The house is excellent to spend with the family. It is very spacious. It has several cars to park. It has neighbors who help monitor the house. The neighborhood is quiet. The house has the necessary artifacts in the kitchen , hammock, showers, grill. We really enjoyed a birthday with the whole family and we were all comfortable. There were plenty of places to sleep. The house is cool and we found a speaker to make the party. Highly recommended to go as a family with boys , older people because the house does not have many stairs , and the hosts are very friendly and always looked after our well-being

I really liked the place , everything was very comfortable and welcoming. Pierina is very organized so it helps you anticipate the issue of having whoever helps you in cleaning and preparing food. You also have the help of the guard for anything you might need

Super cool experience!!! Very friendly and attentive host, ready to help, the house was impeccable, beautiful and very nice decorated, with activities and games for the family, it has everything you need.

It is an incredible Spanish style villa located right on La Entrada beach. Amazing ocean view, spectacular sunsets, lovely pool area. We enjoyed cooking in a wooden oval oven as well as a very good BBQ. The two living in maids help us with everything.

The place is wonderful, the service is very good. We were all very happy with the stay here. We hope to return

A magical and romantic experience for any couple, or group small or large! We used the entire home for our family reunion and had an absolutely fabulous time playing in the pool, the jacuzzi, and the beach! The gorgeous ocean views and sea breeze were like a breath of fresh air to wake up to every morning. The stunning sunsets and lapping waves would lull us to sleep every night. The house was more than comfortable for our group of 17 guests, both within the bedrooms and out on the grounds. The home is meticulously kept and lawn as well as surrounding area very well manicured. The home provided us with everything we needed to live the beach life for a few days, including cooking pots and utensiles, beach towels, even a washer and dryer! There is a lovely local couple taking care of the home who were at our absolute beck and call if anything would need a kickstart or a fix. Safety - we felt utterly safe and comfortable in this neighborhood and in the home. We did not feel the need to lock up our possessions, although the more discerning traveler might choose to do so in the pin-operated safe provided. There is parking at the home if you're driving in. The local town of Monglaralto is right next door, and the famous Montañita is a short 5-minute drive away. We did not walk there, although we were told that it's a nice walk along the beach to Montañita. Also, Salinas and Puerto Lopez are close by. We took about a 1h15m trip to Salinas for a day at sea and we were quite happy with how close it felt to our headquarters. Overall, we would definitely recommend this comfortable and spacious home, and we look forward to visiting again soon!

Beautiful place to connect with nature, the entry time was flexible, Xavier always attentive from two days before gave us instructions and Edison who was in the very helpful and friendly place helped us with recommendations. We'll be back with my family.

Second time for me I stayed at this hotel and would definitely do it again. The rooms have a spectacular view and the balcony is huge and comfortable.
