This is a lovely 1 Bedroom private apartment with its own ensuite bathroom, kitchen and lounge area. The apartment opens out onto a patio via a double sliding ranch slider to maximise the indoor outdoor flow. There is also a heat pump for your comfort. It is a short walk to Ngamotu golf club, 3 minutes down to the Valley shopping centre and 5 minutes to the CBD. The famous walkway is at the end of the street where you will get some great shots of the mountain through the Te Rewa Rewa bridge.

Situated in a lush garden, back-dropped by nature, hiking trails and birdsong, we are a short 5 to 10 minute drive to Restaurants, The Marine Reserve, Town Centre, Coastal walkway, Surfing beaches and Pukekura Park ( Womad + Concerts). With parking on the property and a private entrance our guest suite is modern, cosy, relaxing and quiet with thoughtful touches throughout. Tirohanga - luxury by the beach

This is the perfect location for a beach holiday! Our one-bedroom guest suite is set in a tropical garden, and is a 2 minute walk to the beach. We are a pet free home. Not suitable for children under 12 years. The bedroom has a queen bed, with a sofa-bed in the living room. The kitchenette has a sink, fridge, jug, toaster, coffee plunger, microwave and blender. There is a bath for a long soak, and a separate shower. Guests have access to the laundry with washing machine and dryer.

Walk straight into your own studio style room with en-suite which is situated beneath our family home. Sorry there are no cooking facilities but a small fridge, microwave, jug, plates, cups, cutlery and also tea and coffee supplied. Te Henui walkway is 2 minutes walk away which leads you straight onto the foreshore walkway. Quick walk up the road to the locate supermarket, Pharmacy and Stumble Inn Cafe & Bar.
