We offer you a cozy fully equipped apartment with own kitchen in the ground floor of our House which is located in the beautiful village of Leobendorf very close to Vienna. It has a private entry trough the garden. The public transport is just 15 minutes away and it just takes another 20 minutes with the train to the city center. Leobendorf it self also offers a lot of beautiful places, for example the castle Kreuzenstein, which you can explore walking.

The apartment is located close to the famous old Viennese wine village of "Grinzing" and the surrounding hills, "Kahlenberg", "Cobenzl" and "Leopoldsberg". There is also easy access to the city centre in less than 20 minutes by tram.

Our "B&B am Park" has been completely renovated this summer. It is the perfect place to relax after a long sight seeing day or after a hard day at work. The apartment is located close to the metro station U3 Rochusgasse. Many sights are in walking distance.
