Had a bad experience in the airbnb prior, canceled my stay and moved here. I'm very happy we moved here. athe accomodation was great, space clean. kitchen was very useful, bathroom a little small for me but no complains as the place was well kept, the bed was my favorite spot on the place. The bed and pillow were so comfortable I was assured a great sleep every night. Location was great, I would definitely come and stay again. Thank you!

The place has everything we need. We truly appreciate the kitchen because my daughter has special diet. Robert provided fresh towels, shampoo, body wash, dishwashing liquid and tissue. The place has everything we could ask for. Plus the neighborhood is safe and walkable. All kinds of establishments are here.

Have tried a lot of airbnbs, and this one feels like home. The host is very responsive and helpful, and the place aesthetics really made us relax. Yung mga little things like 4 yung water, 4 yung towel, kht 2 adults lang kami. They still considered our two kids. Those little things really are very thoughtful of them. Very quick and responsive hosts always quick to help in an emergency, immediately replace broken computer chair, always very warm and helping fix situations, has very helpful cleaning service during my entire stay of over a month. Easy to contact and solve any problems. Thank you! Condominium Lobby personnel receptionist door men security extremely courteous and greeting you, assisting you when you check in and out plus helps you et to the elevator floor you need to got to. Loading and unloading to the lobby is very convenient and accessible. Great view of the city during New Year's eve fireworks. Very quiet highest floor, Immediate literally next door to the Venice Canal Mall full of restaurants and coffee shops, across the street to several ATM machines. Overall a great location and place to stay for my entire Christmas holiday and till Feb. 2025

Check-in was very easy and the host was very responsive even before the check-in date. It was inside the Pico de Loro complex and very convenient to walk around. There was a minor problem with the sink but she was very prompt and fixed the issue right away. The place was very clean and big for our family of 7. Thank you so much for a very nice stay!

My family stayed in the unit most of the time while I did meetings outside. Overall, there were no complaints from them and the kids loved the place especially the bathtub. We had to extend an additional night and Christia was super helpful to arrange another unit for us. If there’s anything to recommend is to upgrade cleaning tools as some are already worn out. Nonetheless, it was a place worth every penny for us or even more. We would be considering to go back to this place when we go to Manila. Kudos!

A good place to stay when you’re in the metro. Felt like home and the place has a lot of food options nearby. The hosts are proactive and give clear instructions for checkin and checkout. I would love to stay again in this place in the near future.

Thompson responds quickly and keeps everything clean. I especially love their chair massage - its so relaxing and definitely my favorite! I just hope they can improve the heater in the bathroom, since the water is still cold when you shower, as if there's no heater at all. But overall, everything else is great. Thank you Thompson! I'll definitely come back again.
