Cottage holiday rentals in Manilva

Wonderful villa and place. We had everything we needed, all we had to do is just enjoy the villa itself and absorb the nature. All bedrooms were well prepared, towels, plenty of pillows, clean, great size bathrooms, also spotless. Kitchen well equipped, pool towels. The garden is breathtaking, loved that there are 3 spots available for dining. 2 pools are incredible idea and everyone enjoyed possibility to choose outside or inside one. Absolutely gorgeous place. Thank you.

Super mooie finca met prachtig zwembad. Ons huisje was top en had een fantastisch uitzicht vanaf het terras en vanuit de jacuzzi!

Casita muy acogedora y bonita, no le faltaba detalles. Lo que más nos gustó fue el jacuzzi y la chimenea. Buen lugar para desconectar. Lorena muy atenta y respondiendo a todas nuestras dudas. Muy recomendable, repetiremos 100%.

Le logement est fidèle à ce qui est sur les photos, il est également très propre et tout le nécessaire est disponible à l'intérieur. Le lieu est très apaisant et l'hôte d'une extrême gentillesse et amabilité. Je recommande vivement ce logement.

Wij hadden een geweldig verblijf in het huis van Silvia. Het huis en de tuin zijn in het echt nog mooier dan op de foto's. We voelden ons er meteen thuis. + Fantastisch (bubbel)bad + Perfect uitgeruste keuken (je kunt er echt goed/uitgebreid koken) + Heerlijke zwembad + Prachtige omgeving + Super host

Esther war eine unkomplizierte und tolle Gastgeberin. Wir haben alles so vorgefunden wie beschrieben. Danke für einen grandiosen Aufenthalt.

Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war schon vor Anreise hervorragend. Der Empfang herzlich - die Gastgeberin und ihr Lebensgefährte sind äußerst hilfreich gewesen und einfach besonders liebenswerte Menschen. Ich habe mich dort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Gleichzeitig bietet das kleine Haus in dem an untergebracht ist mit dem wunderschönen Garten totale Privatsphäre. Die Orangenbäume durften "geplündert" werden - frischer Orangensaft jeden Morgen. Der Blick in die Berge ist herrlich. Ein wunderbarer Ort zum Chillen und bei sich sein. Abends hörte ich die Glöckchen der Ziegen von den nahen Hügeln. Dazu einige Hunde, die fast wie Wölfe heulen konnten. Fand ich schön. Man hört zwar auch Flugzeuge - aber das habe ich bald nicht mehr wahrgenommen, weil ich mich so wohl gefühlt habe und dafür ist die Lage ja auch fantastisch. Der Platz ist authentisch - man ist wirklich in Spanien. Ich hoffe ich kann dort bald wieder hin. Unbedingte Empfehlung.

Estuvimos 4 días estupendos en la casa. Nos gustó más una vez allí de lo que nos imaginábamos con las fotos. Muy equipada y con distintas zonas de ambiente. Nos gustó mucho :)

Wat een geweldig verblijf! We werden vriendelijk onthaald en voelden ons meteen thuis. Als je op zoek bent naar een moderne, luxe woning is dit misschien niet meteen iets voor jou. Voor ons was het alleszins perfect! De woning was proper en alles is voorzien wat er nodig is. De ligging is ideaal: rustig gelegen. Je bent op je gemak, privé. Het zwembad is een geweldige troef: puur genieten. Als ik 1 puntje kan zeggen wat misschien iets minder was is dat het toilet en douche buiten het huisje gelegen is. (als je 's nachts naar toilet moet ofzo) maar opzich voor ons niet storend. Wanneer we vragen hadden, kregen we ook meteen antwoord via bericht. We zijn zeer tevreden over ons verblijf en zouden niet twijfelen om terug te komen :-)

We had a wonderful 2-week stay at Casas de Almajar in July of 2024. My 7yo daughter and I were there along with friends, for a total of two adults and 2-3 kids at any given moment, ages 6-10. This accommodation was perfect for us. The house was cozy and stayed relatively cool during the very hot daytime hours (plus there was an A/C unit we could use when needed). We prepared most of our meals at the house and found that easy to manage with the supplies on hand. The pool was definitely the highlight of the location: it was pristine and extremely pleasant during the hot days. We spent hours there every day. The house is located uphill from most of Prado del Rey so you need to be prepared for some steep, hilly walking when you stay here, but it was only a <5 min walk to the main pedestrian walkway (lined with bars and cafes) or the town square. Juana was very helpful with local information and suggestions, from supermarkets and restaurants to nearby hiking trails. A great place!

El alojamiento estaba impecable. Muy limpio y ordenado. Está totalmente equipado Además Fernando nos indicó donde aparcar a la llegada y como ir desde el aparcamiento hasta el alojamiento. Cualquier duda que tuvimos nos respondió muy rápido.

This is our second time staying at this villa. It is a very beautiful area and so peaceful. We can happily ensure we have all we need and not leave the place. Lise is amazing. She looks after the place so well and when she has been to clean pool or water the plants you don't even know. She comes very early so as not to disturb but if you see her have a chat, she is a lovely lady with lots of knowledge!

From the moment we booked Carlos’ beautiful house he was the perfect host. Sending directions the day before, meeting us at the house to show us around then leaving us to enjoy the break we had been so looking forward to. Carlos was always there if we needed him. The house is perfect for families with a small very private apartment literally 30m from the back of the house. The main house itself is full of character with air conditioning but actually not required as the stone building kept many of the rooms really cool despite the 34 degree temperatures outside. The kids were never out of the pool which was very safe and very clean. The kitchen is brilliant for the family evening gatherings and sharing main meals or breakfast outside. Due to the Google directions Carlos sent we literally went straight to the house within 1hr 15 mins from leaving Malaga airport. The solitary neighbour is very friendly and offered some tips on where to visit. La Ronda is beautiful too. Thank you

La estancia ha sido muy agradable, zona muy tranquila y Gema ha sido una persona muy atenta y amable. Lo recomiendo totalmente.

Muy tranquilo, pudimos usar la barbacoa, la piscina. Juan super pendiente y Muy servicial. El alojamiento equipado y ubicación Muy buena para ver Ronda, setenil y otros lugares.

Wonderful little apartment! Very clean, super cute decor, everything you need. Located on quiet pedestrian street, with an amazing sitting area on the roof. Check in was smooth and we had all the info we needed. We loved our stay!!

Paqui and Jose Antonio were wonderful hosts and met us on arrival in a nearby restaurant to handover keys and direct us to the villa. The villa is superb and perfect for a quiet getaway which is exactly what we were after. It is just a short drive to the town of Coín which has an array of shops and restaurants. We ventured out for some great day trips including Ronda (hour drive west), Nerja (hour drive east), Malaga (30min drive) and a nice quiet beach (Playa del Peñón del Cuervo). The villa felt very spacious for the three of us and could easy accommodate more people. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need as well as an outdoor bbq and great seating. The three of us enjoyed returning to the villa after trips and relaxing round the pool each day. Would certainly recommend for anyone wanting to visit Malaga or the nearby areas and for those looking for a quiet getaway. We would write even more positive feedback if this section did not have a word limit!

It was a delight staying there. Lots of space and light. Very peaceful and quiet. And of course the views! So nice to be out on the terrace. And even the view from inside the kitchen was amazing. Very big kitchen. And a very comfortable bed.

A great place to spend time with family, surrounded by mountains. Parents will find peace, while kids can have fun in the pool. Everyone enjoyed playing ping pong in the terrace. Inside the house, there’s enough space for two families. There are air conditioners in every room, although we didn’t use them at all – even when it was +30°C outside, the house stayed pleasantly cool. Arriving at the villa at night felt a bit extreme, so it’s important not to rely solely on navigation – pay attention to the signs as well, especially when you’re close to the villa. Jose is a very warm and friendly host 👌

Elena ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie hat uns auch gute Tips gegeben, zum Beispiel wie man in Málaga kostenlos parken kann. Wir haben den Aufenthalt in ihrem Appartement sehr genossen. Es liegt sehr ruhig und etwas weiter weg vom Ort Cártama. Es ist klein, wie es beschrieben ist, aber völlig ausreichend. Den Garten haben wir abends beim Sonnenuntergang und morgens beim Frühstück geliebt. Vielen Dank für die Zeit!

We loved our stay at Juan's villa! It was very private with fantastic views. The property was so clean, and had all the amenities we needed for a really comfortable stay. The pool was lovely, the barbeque was great, and Juan was really responsive and helpful. We stayed here as a couple, but I could see that this place would also work really well for a family - it was very secure and peaceful, and was surrounded by orange trees. It was a great location for day trips and only 30 mins from the airport. I would definitely recommend this to family and friends.

We had a great stay at Nicole and Ruud's Casita. Such a peaceful place with beautiful surroundings. Everything was squeaky clean and the hosts made sure that we had everything we need. I totally recommend!

Nous avons apprécié la flexibilité et la réactivité de Raquel. Le logement est très bien équipé et décoré avec goût. Le lieu est calme et la literie est de très bonne qualité pour faire de bonnes nuits. Par contre il faut maîtriser les démarrages en côte pour se garer devant le logement ; avantage : il y a toujours de la place dans cette rue dans le centre du village.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful casita. The house was immaculate, with stylish decor throughout. The gardens surrounding the house are lovely, an oasis with a stunning outside dining area where we ate most evenings. Javier was super helpful throughout our stay, responding within minutes to any queries we had. We would highly recommend this wonderful spot to anyone visiting the area.
