The owners are responsive, very kind and ready to meet any need to make the guests' stay even more special. The welcome was exhaustive of all the useful information for the stay. The availability granted was equal to that which would be received in the family. We highly recommend staying in this place if you are visiting the surroundings.

Together with my girlfriend, we stayed in this beautiful apartment, clean, tidy, IMPECCABLE. We had a great time, Andreas is a fantastic, nice, and also super helpful person, he made us feel immediately as if we were at home, he gave us advice right away on what to visit and above all where to eat. apartment, as described, tidy and clean. Convenient and safe parking at the property. Convenient check-in and positive experience, same for check-out. There is a bus stop in front of the house to reach Florence, the only problem given the public transport and the timetables is that it takes about an hour to get to the center (I recommend getting around by car).

We had a great stay at Silvia’s home. There was plenty of space for our family of 10. There are some restaurants and stores in the neighborhood but they are mostly closed on Sunday. To get to the center of Florence you will need transportation. We easily Ubered. Overall we really enjoyed spending time in the backyard just drinking coffee in the mornings or a glass of wine in the evenings

Apartment equipped with all comforts, comfortable and very clean. Elio welcomed us directly to the property and was very kind and helpful throughout the stay. The parking in the structure is very convenient. Apartment located outside the hustle and bustle of Florence, but very close to the Tramway stop that runs every 10 minutes and allows you to easily get to the center of Florence.
