Fue una estancia agradable, el lugar cómodo para llegar a descansar, cerca de la playa con acceso a diferentes servicios como restaurantes, tiendas de conveniencia, de fácil acceso, excelente ubicación para trasladarte al centro y a diferentes playas, Carlos estuvo atento cada que necesitamos algo y Sergio el conserje del edificio muy amable, nos dio muchas recomendaciones, sin duda regresamos (:

Carlos' place is a gem. The views and sensations from this apartment are magnificent, and the pictures do not do justice either to the apartment itself or the views that can be experienced from here. This place is quiet, peaceful and secluded. This is all I needed for one day. I will be back for a longer stay, but for now I think I have found a new favorite place in Manzanillo. The apartment fits 4 people comfortably and has 2 full bathrooms which is nice to have. The access to the private beach is easy, you just have to walk down to the pool/restaurant area and you are there. The restaurant is super convenient, you don't have to go out of the complex. It is important to note that this condominium/club has private premises, but it is in a very exclusive part of Manzanillo. This also means that is not as walkable as you would like to, but it is worth it. I walked down to the town of Santiago to get groceries and in the way up I took a taxi. Highly recommended, I will be back myself.

Super sunsets and constant whale watching from our large balcony. Exceptional swimming right in front of the place. Luis had our beach umbrella in place every morning and was responsive to our needs. This place is perfect for older couples, maybe not so much for kids looking for night life. Great seafood place on the beach a few steps away

El alojamiento de David es fiel a su descripción y fotos. David es muy atento y siempre al pendiente de cualquier duda o situación que pudiera surgir. En nuestro caso el gas estaba por terminarse, y en cuanto se lo comuniqué, lo resolvió a la brevedad. El apartamento es bastante cómodo, las instalaciones están en excelente estado, la piscina súper limpia y a buena temperatura. El condominio es de acceso controlado, y eso también nos agradó mucho, nos sentimos tranquilos y seguros. El personal de la pluma de acceso y los residentes también súper amables. Si sigues las reglas de convivencia estipuladas por el condominio y el host, tendrás una estancia agradable y sin preocupaciones, que de hecho las reglas no son nada del otro mundo, simplemente respetar las áreas comunes, no beber en áreas común, usar ropa adecuada para la piscina, respetar los horarios de descanso y si vas a escuchar música, que sea a un volumen adecuado y solo en horario permitido. Sin lugar a dudas volveré.

Beautiful place to stay, the views were amazing, theres a few restaurants and store at walking distance which was a plus. The only issue was parking, there’s no assigned parking and you have to walk long distance and take three elevators to your room, there’s also two washers to do laundry but you have to air dry your clothes, a dryer is needed. Other than that it was a great stay and would book again. Daniel was responsive to our needs, great host.

El departamento es muy comodo, el que este en planta baja es un plus, por que tienes una vista excelente al mar y acceso rapido a la alberca, la cual tiene temperatura ideal. Cuenta con aire acondicionado lo cual se agradece. Mi familia disfruto mucho la estancia, y la vista al mar. De seguro volvemos.

Muy buen lugar para pasar unas vacaciones, mi familia encantada con el lugar, no fue necesario tener mucha comunicación con Gustavo ya que todo resultó bien. Muy probablemente volveremos a quedarnos aquí.

¡increíble! El anfitrión super amable, todo estaba muy cómodo, no tuvimos ningún inconveniente con la hora de llegada ni salida. las instalaciones muy cómodas y muy privado.
