Stay in the welcoming and quaint beach town of Katembe with this spacious, comfortable new home w pool, 15 min to downtown Maputo. Relax in the southern sunset on the large veranda listening to the calls of local birds. Enjoy a modern kitchen, open-concept living and dining room, and master suite with king size bed, large windows and private bathroom. The two other bedrooms are also furnished with new double beds. The fenced in yard is very large and has a basketball court and pool.

It is entirely located on a first floor, which makes it brighter and safer. Access to the house is either from the front or rear stairs. The private parking has space for 2 cars; while the garden includes an external kitchen with barbecue facilities, available for lazy afternoons.
