The apartment is extremely cozy, very well equipped and has a great location. The building is close to the beach and all the facilities of the neighborhood. Communication with Adriana was excellent, even before the date we already had all the necessary information for hosting.

For those who go to Planeta Atlântida, it is perfect, in addition to being very close to SABA, it also has great restaurants and shops around. The condominium is excellent, quiet and with a super good infrastructure, a great outdoor and indoor pool, and great employee services. It's far from the beach, but for those who like to walk, it's a really cool route.

Also, the place itself is great for rest and to actually be together with the other travelers. In the middle of the Easter holiday was super quiet, imagine. The place is amazing, cozy, clean, in a quiet place. The common area of the condominium is a separate show, I was able to enjoy a lot, relax. The security of the condominium also made me very quiet! The parking space is easy to park (I have an SUV).

Apartment befitting the announced photos, clean, spacious, illuminated, powerful air-conditioning, good shower, kind host, answered all my questions. Old building but the apartment is all renovated, brand new. It is about 10 minutes from the seaside walking. Very close to the Atlântida centrinho. Only negative point was that there is no blackout curtain so the rooms are not too dark to sleep and at sunrise it is already clear. But we would be back for sure.

Our stay was wonderful! We travelled me, my husband and two children and the condominium had everything we needed to spend time with activities for the children. it has a wonderful little pig, thermal pool for the rainy days, artificial beach, plus a great restaurant. we don't need to leave the condominium for nothing! The house was impeccable, clean, organized, with all the utensils we needed! Another high point was the service and communication with Everton. A very dear, helpful, attentive host. We responded very quickly and was extremely helpful in everything we need. I highly recommend! Indico and we will be back for sure!

The house is very beautiful and well decorated, and also has all the features you need. It has hot and cold air conditioning in all rooms, which makes it pleasant to use in winter or summer. The condominium to which the house belongs is a separate case. It is visually very pleasant (pool area and fake beach) and has plenty of things to do with children (thermal pool, activity courts). I highly recommend the property.

We have had an excellent time. The house of everything you need, a wonderful pool and not counting the football field, my son enjoyed a lot. A complete house, all rooms with split, electronic gate and not counting the cleaning. It is the tip for those who want to enjoy that a great home.

I've stayed in this condominium other times but this apartment was definitely the best! The view is beautiful at dusk, the flat is extremely comfortable with a huge, mega comfortable bed (unlike the apartments I had previously). The decoration is very cute, the balcony chairs are super relaxing, great showers, in short, everything even of great quality. Bárbara was amazing from start to finish. I will definitely return.

Great location, new and modern building, the only thing missing is an air conditioner. Grand hosts, there was a delay in check-in, but promptly offered to resolve the situation and offered me another apartment to stay, until mine is available
