Beachfront holiday rental in Mar Chiquita Beach

The place in Barceloneta was so great. A quiet local town, walkable beach right out the door, and quaint casita full of character. John and his support hosts were friendly and welcoming, as well as super responsive when we needed anything. When I come back to the island I’ll come straight back here, we really loved it.

This Airbnb is amazing! It looks exactly like the pictures and was extremely clean when we arrived. In the kitchen were basic spices and any appliances you may need. Erik was also extremely kind in leaving a complimentary bottle of wine and bottled water in the fridge. The walk-in shower had both a handheld and overhead spout which was useful for after swimming on the beach. In the closet were chairs, towels and umbrellas for trips to the beach. The bedroom had a TV which was convenient. The location is very nice with various restaurants down the road, only five minutes from the beach, ten minute drive from Old San Juan, about 5 min. away walking to the grocery store. The only thing confusing was finding the location of the gate at first (next to the hedge), but checkin was very smooth otherwise. The parking is extremely tight, be careful. Erik himself responded very fast and a very kind host! I would highly recommend this Airbnb and look forward to coming again!

Great Airbnb at my Happy Place - Puerto Rico. Welcoming and serene Airbnb. Great location on the Beach and very accessible to restaurants, bars, pharmacies and entertainment. Most things to do are an Uber ride away (inexpensive). Gerardo y Onar were flexible with check-in (allowed to get in a little early), which made my stay more enjoyable. Very responsive and proactive. Second time booking , and it just keeps getting cozier…

We had the best time staying at Good Vibes! Rey was super helpful and kind when we went to the wrong location. Our flight got delayed so we didn’t get into PR till 11pm and we were lost and he came and picked us up. He also gave us great recommendations for food! The place is a great distance from the beach and all the restaurants but at the same time tucked away where it is peaceful and quiet at night. Would in a heartbeat come back to stay at Good Vibes again!

Wow, Wow. Wow!! This place was absolutely perfect. Every detail and all the little extras made us feel right at home. If it wasn’t in the home you didn’t need it. She had everything you could think of from snacks, water, ample towels, clear instructions, and a beautiful space. I would recommend this place to anyone interested in a clean, safe, beautiful vacation spot!!

It's all about the view, when you enter you feel like your floating on the water you see nothing but the ocean out the windows. Everything about the unit is great, well stocked, comfy bed, beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler. Easy access to a beach without crowds and walkable to the hotspots in Condado. Would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved the place. The view was amazing, it was close by to almost everything. Security was around so it made us feel safe in the little town. The beach was right around us, it was beautiful.

The apartment and complex was very nice. We loved how close it was to a very clean beach. About 15min by uber to Old San Juan and about 10 minutes to SJU. Luis was quick to respond to my messages. And the apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. The furniture was comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was great. The area wasn’t very touristy, but it felt safe. I would definitely recommend.

Everything was as expected based on the reviews I read ahead of time. There was only two of us and it was perfect for just us. The instructions were excellent. We arrived late and had no issues. We had a rental car so having a parking spot in the garage was perfect. The air conditioners worked wonderfully. When I had questions they were answered promptly. It was a great experience! Wow the Condo is beautiful beachfront views the place is very well setup with pretty much everything you need. Great location not far from old San Juan. All restaurants around are delicious no need to rent a car nor anything for beach Milly has everything you need 4 types of coolers beach towels chairs and umbrella. Her kitchen is stocked with some of your essentials bathroom is fully stocked. Kitchen is nicely stocked with everything you need Milly shows you where everything is and how to plug into generator if needed we didn't need it. The views are breathtaking waiting sunrises and sunsets from your bed is everything locals and other traveling guests are friendly. Great drinks all-round 2 bars with kitchen right outside of pool before beach. Beach is directly in front 8 steps away. We will definitely be back again soon. If you book don't let the outside of building scare you it's in desperate need of attention but the Condo inside is hands down beautiful you will enjoy stay.

The place itself is well situated, the beach below is easily accessible and comfortable for any size family or group of people…(the beach chairs being included is always my absolute favorite part of airbnbs such as this). There were many places to eat surrounding the airbnb. We always felt safe here. It was nice being so close to the airport. There were a lot of supplies ready for us here. Instructions were clear, friendly and easy to follow from host. Parking in the garage below was easy and right next to the elevator. You can’t beat the view of the Atlantic either. Would recommend you book this place next time you visit Puerto Rico!

Ivette is the most responsive host I have ever rented from. She truly cares about her clients and provides extras like: beach chairs, coolers, beach towels, beach toys, outdoor grill, toiletries (soap, shampoo, conditioner), cooking spices/kitchen basics, internet, and a recommendation to a terrific supermarket close by. The beds are exceptionally comfortable. The villa itself is very comfortable and conveniently located. I liked the security of the place, it had two different security gate; we could safely walk around the area even at night. The resort next door had options for everyone: pool, beach, restaurants/bar, arcade/bowling, pickleball, casino, and golf. Aside from that I think it's worth mentioning that Dorado is an upscale town. There are lots of great restaurants to choose from. I will also mention that one of PRs best beaches, Playa Puerto Nuevo, is nearby (went 2x). We also went on a cave tubing excursion with Westside Adventures. Two thumbs up to Ivette and her villa!

Angelica’s place was clean and comfortable and the surroundings are beautiful. I loved watching the sunset and drinking coffee on the balcony with the sounds of the waves. It is literally next to a famous beach in Puerto Rico, Mar Chiquita and there are many other beaches close by. Its private and peaceful, but also close to plenty of restaurants and shopping. Angelica was responsive to any questions I had and check in could not have been easier. We go to Puerto Rico often and have had many experiences with air bnb and this is the first place I would pay to stay in again. I highly recommend!

This is our 3rd stay and it was just as wonderful again. Very peaceful and private setting with a beautiful ocean as your backyard. Convenient drive (or paddle board) to the best beach in Puerto Rico! Loved walking on the beach, hunting for shells paddle boarding, snorkeling and soaking in the ocean. Fernando is a wonderful host! The space is very comfortable and has a private getaway feel! We will be back soon! Hasta luego!

Paul was helpful from the very beginning, he helped us find another apartment close by for my in-laws to stay in and was super responsive to every question we had. It was such a treat to wake up and drink coffee and watch the sunrise on the porch in a place so beautiful and peaceful and close to the ocean. We chose to stay in Manati to be close to the rock climbing in Ciales, about 30 mins inland, and it was just right for that too. Thank you Paul, I hope we’ll be back!

Hemos pasado 3 noches en el airbnb de Carlo y Kathleen y el alojamiento es espectacular. Está rodeado de naturaleza, con unas vistas increíbles al mar y al bosque. Desde la casa se puede ir caminando a una playa tranquila, perfecta para desconectar. Todo es muy bonito, cómodo y cuidado. La terraza es una maravilla, ideal para relajarse y disfrutar del entorno. Tuvimos la suerte de conocer a los dueños y fueron encantadores. Nos dieron recomendaciones geniales sobre la zona y compartimos muy buenas conversaciones. ¡Esperamos volver muy pronto!

Overall great location, and beautiful view. clean and tidy with very friendly and responsive feedback from the host. one minor thing that seems rather temporary was the noise from the industrial air con, located nearby the building but still manageable and something we did get used to after first night.
