Holiday rentals with a patio in Mar Chiquita

This place had a amazing view very convenient for what ever you would like to do in the area everything was clean check in was fast and easy i definitely recommend this location

The studio was well organized and pleasant, with a homy sense, at if meant to be for family or friends. Many handy items in the bathroom (antiseptic alcohol, mouth rince, etc) ans in the kitchen. The host was really interactive, texted and called to make sure I found their place, which Apple map messed up with. The price is very competitive. Bravo to Rigoberto and Iris!

LaRhonda was an amazing host!! She had such amazing decor to her home, provided extra things like beach supplies and even a welcoming letter for myself and other guests. Everything was comfortable, clean, and smelling good, she also provided us with information on places we could visit that were close in the area as well! I even used the beautiful balcony to help my daughter ask her now girlfriend to be her official girlfriend, everything was perfect! The only con for us were the stairs leading to the front door, they were a bit steep. We’re heavy packers so we had to be extra careful hauling our luggage up to the second floor. We definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well maintained home ☺️!!

The place was perfect for me and my husband. it was spacious and the view was to die for. awesome views in the morning and sitting on the deck at night u can hear the ocean. loved it. didn't rent car since we have been in PR before and wanted to lay back a little. close to bars, food and casino. Uber not too expensive to see places. would definitely come back to Chloe place.

Very cozy and peaceful. The jacuzzi was perfect to wind down at the end of the day and the bed was extremely comfortable. Hosts were quick to respond and attentive. Definitely recommend to stay here!

Such a great set up packed with thoughtful amenities. There are beach chairs, towels, sunblock, bug spray, lotion, and so much more. The bed and pillows were amazingly comfortable. could not have asked for more for a quick one night stay. would definitely return!

We were very excited for our weekend trip and Erin’s house was exactly as shown. We were very close to great bars and restaurants, historic sites to see and so much more. The house was easy to find at night, we rarely had to look at any street signs, when walking home… head towards the governors mansion and turn right. It was a great place to unwind after a long day. I highly recommend this place. Thank you Erin!

Michael's property is located in a vibrant and exciting area of San Juan. The home itself is modern, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The hosts were exceptionally friendly and highly responsive throughout our stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Directly across the street is a rooftop bar offering stunning views—an ideal spot to unwind. Additionally, the mini-mart next door serves food and coffee; Jaime, the cook, was especially welcoming and provided excellent local recommendations. The private parking spot was a major plus, especially since we used our rental car to explore the area, including trips into Old San Juan. Overall, our stay was fantastic, and I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting San Juan.

Manlio’s place was a very nice place to stay at. Especially for solo travelers or for two. Everything came out as it was described. Beautiful views with privacy. Weather was a bit rainy and windy at times but that comes with the tropics. Manlio was very responsive as he stayed on site and had good recommendations on local restaurants and places to visit! Me and my sister enjoyed very much!

I recommend anyone traveling to PR to stay at Villa Estrella. The home is beautiful and exactly as pictured felt like home . The place was very clean and provided amenities including the pool . It exceeded the expectations of my family and I. Home is convenient because it is at a close distance to everything and in a great location .From the beginning hosts were also very responsive . Thank you again Khalil for being attentive at all times with any questions we had.The best part is that in addition they offer a car rental option . We rented the car for our trip and pricing is extremely reasonable. I highly recommend to anyone booking Villa Estrella to go with the car rental option if looking for a car rental . Our family had a wonderful time at Antonio’s home. Everything was as described. Very clean and spacious , beautifully decorated with everything you could need. Wonderful pool and outdoor living space. Great communication and check in instructions. I would recommend this Airbnb to anyone and I would stay again if our travels take us to this location. This was our second stay, and it was just as great as we remembered. The place is spotless—super clean and clearly well cared for. Kelvin and Stephanie are fantastic hosts: friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. We also noticed and appreciated the small upgrades since our last visit. It’s a perfect spot for a couple looking for a quiet, private getaway. The pool was great for a morning workout and perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. We're already hoping to make it back next year!

My girlfriend and I came and stayed in the rojo room. It was amazing. Located smack in the middle of old San Juan. Everything you’ll ever need and more is within a 10 min walk. Also located across the street from Juan ponce de Leon burial which was really cool. We will definitely be back and I will be booking with colores luxury rentals again. Amazing vacation

Definitely had a great time with my wife! Falling asleep to waking up to hearing the ocean waves was Amazing experience! Seeing the sunset and sunrise was beautiful as well. I definitely recommend this place to any couple who is looking for a private and safe area get away or vacation. Host was very responsive and a great help with her recommendations. It was a home away from home for sure! My wife and I will reserve this again for our return again! I will give this place a 10/10!

Everything was great, location.. the only thing i didn’t like is the apartment didn’t have a parking spot designated, it was very inconvenient..

This apartment made our stay in Old San Juan so much better. It was central to everything and so easy to walk to everything. I highly recommend this location to anyone wanting to be in the center of everything. The hosts was extremely welcoming and helpful for us to drop off our luggage and local food recommendations. I would definitely book again!

Very responsive. Instructions were clear and accurate. Place was clean and exactly as described. Very roomy, plenty of closet space, mirrors and great natural light. Only had 2 staying in the room but 4 could stay comfortably. Great location very close to beaches, shopping, food and night life. Walkable area. Only area that could use improvement would be the pool maintenance/cleanliness. Water was clear just needed to be skimmed and vacuumed. I reached out with concerns and it was taken care of the next day. I would stay here again.
