Holiday rentals with a patio in Maracanaú

I highly recommend it, the best location I've ever stayed in, with everything nearby and the convenience of walking. Safe place near the supermarket, restaurants, hamburger shop, pharmacy, with a view of the sea. The host was very polite and requested. The apartment accommodated and met our needs.

We stayed in this apartment for more than 2 weeks. Everything was perfect for us. Washing machine with tumble dryer worked great, so you didn't have to look for a laundry. Showers and air conditioning as well as all kitchen appliances worked perfectly. The beds + mattresses of both bedrooms are of high quality. We felt at home and almost didn't want to leave. Very good house, well located and comfortable. Great cost-benefit as it has seven dormitories. Excellent option to have fun with family and friends. The view is the most beautiful in the region. I highly recommend it. You have the entire structure of a beach house close to Fortaleza, without having to waste a lot of time on commuting. We managed to walk to a supermarket, pharmacies, restaurants, even to the beach and Beach Park. Administrator Raimundo is very helpful and the great host. We'll be back for sure.

It was all great. Perfect accommodation. Only the shower of the social bathroom (from the service area) was not working, it did not have the shower installed. Another note that should be made: condominium employees collect our things if we are not at the tables near the pool and take them to the guardhouse. I went twice to bathe in the sea and collected my belongings that were on the table. I found this boring and constragedor, as I was with the elderly and children, I had to look for another place to accommodate them.

I really like the accommodation in the apartment I want to come back more often. Super indico for those looking to stay in Cumbuco . Hosts are super communicative and answer all our questions quickly. The place is beautiful and impeccable and great to enjoy and relax.
