Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Maracanaú

Hello everyone, I'm here to talk about my experience with the accommodation. Quiet neighborhood, and the avenue is very safe. Junior responds quickly to all your questions. Everything was smooth during our stay, and the apartment is exactly as it is in the photo. Strong shower, which is great, especially for women. I would like to suggest the following improvements: The "hotel" I will use this name because it is the one that comes closest to the head rs, it only lacks a few attractions such as a larger pool, because the one it has is very small, a game room/gym. (This has nothing to do with the host) Regarding the apartment, the only thing that didn't make our stay more welcoming was that the TV in the living room doesn't get an open channel, so you'll end up using only streaming. (In the smallest room it works, but you will need to call an rpz to try to activate) And I suggest a folding table in case the person does not want to eat at the counter, but have a coffee next to it, seeing the view in the room. Everything else is in order, you can go without fear.

The stay was amazing, I felt at home and the place was excellent, very good location, very quiet and safe street to walk even at night, the sofa bed was very comfortable and the bed too, fits 3 people in the room easily, Mr. José was great too and very helpful, made our check out a lot easier, my first time in Fortaleza and choosing this apartment only made the experience even better!!💗💗

Very good condominium, impeccable structure, clean, beautiful and organized apartment.

The apartment is very nice, the view is very nice, the room is very comfortable, clean bathroom with hot water in the shower. The kitchen is very functional, I used pots and the frying pan to prepare my breakfast and everything was great. The service was always very fast through AirB&b's own chat.

Sensational, a 10, impossible to be better. attentive, super modern apartment, clean, cozy, well located, no noise, spectacular view. I'll be back more often, as I have already.

The place has a great location, being a quiet environment with an impeccable view. The fact of having air conditioning in the living room and in the bedrooms was a differential, as the environment became hot in a few hours of the day. In addition, the apartment is close to several restaurants and the busiest part of the city. Roseane was attentive and kind, giving guidance on hosting.

Igor is a great host! Very kind and available ! Full and super comfortable accommodation, plus excellent location close to everything and Praia ! I highly recommend it!

Great space with several household appliances and kitchen utensils, I confess that it was a differential to have soap and shampoo for personal use waiting for us and a pamphlet with instructions. The building manager is a dear and very helpful person, and we will undoubtedly return on our next trip to Fortaleza.

We would like to thank Lars and the homemakers, everything was clean and organized. Our stay was perfect, the ad faithfully described everything the house had available. Concerteza we will return in the future!

Great house! Complete! We went to 4 families with some children and babies, everyone enjoyed the spaces a lot! It was worth it! Careful and proactive housekeeper, always organizing and taking care of the place. Mr. Paulo answered whenever we need it. I recommend and will be back soon!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again. The apartment is comfortable and well decorated with great amenities. It’s perfect with kids, with the short walk to the swings/playground which you can see from the terrace.

Extremely spectacular house! The House matches exactly as in the listing, Mario made me completely comfortable in the house, and his caretaker, Mr. Milton, was always very helpful and proactive! The location is wonderful, close to supermarkets and restaurants, the police station is very close, giving an even greater sense of security for the days of the stay. I'll definitely be back soon. The house needs a little maintenance in the outdoor area, painting only. Note: Do not rent with the intention of throwing a party, it was my birthday and I put a band on at 6 p.m., only for the guests, even so, even within the hours allowed by national law, Porto das Dunas has a municipal law that any complaint about sound, takes the police to the door of the house, so it's better to avoid loud noise!!

We had an amazing experience in this house! We made a 15-year mini commemoration for a very special girl, and everything was perfect. The house is wonderful, very well equipped, it had everything we needed and even more — it exceeded all expectations! Everyone had fun and enjoyed every moment. Host, Cidelma, was extremely attentive, answered all our questions quickly and did everything to help us. The housekeeper, Mr. Gilmar, was also very helpful and gave us all the necessary support during the stay. We only have to thank you! We would definitely go back and recommend with our eyes closed!

Everything was very good. Very nice place. Right on the sand. The condominium has an exit to the beach. Super cool beach. Location close to local markets and restaurants. It was all good.

The apartment is excellent, with air conditioning or a fan in all rooms. All very clean and brand new. The host Maira is super attentive and responds quickly to all messages.

Our stay at Raquel's apartment was wonderful! The apartment is even more beautiful than in the photos; everything of great quality, a lot of comfort and tranquility. It has everything we need and even more; she is kind enough to leave water, cleaning products and some other kitchen amenities. Everything works perfectly and extra point for the comfort of bed and bath linens. Congratulations on the excellent accommodation that gives us direct access to the beach, very good indeed. Was the best flat I have ever rented on airbnb I suppose! Everything was perfect and Leticia was super pro-active and very friendly! I shall come back sooner than I thought :D
