I highly recommend this place! The stay was exceptional—a beautiful 3BHK villa with a fully equipped kitchen. The manager was incredibly accommodating and ensured our experience was peaceful and hassle-free. The entrance patio and the entire property were absolutely delightful.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful lake house. The house is beautiful and very tastefully decorated. It’s gots a very ethnic and unique decor. The best part is the beautiful garden and the lake in the backyard. One can sit in the patio or the garden and see the lovely wayward lake and the fishermen and houseboats going around. We did kayaking in the lake. Prakash the care taker of the house was awesome and made us some amazing food. He was very friendly and always took care of all our needs. We would surely only stay in this house again if he ever visit allepy again. Totally recommend this awesome and serene property. A must stay here.

Raghav is an excellent host. even though I had an unexpected experience with room. but he was quick to resolve. sachin also understood my requirement and arranged things very quickly. I visited other properties of Raghav, all are well maintained and staff is very friendly. highly recommend staying in Raghav's property. and a huge shoutout to Sachin as well.

A beautiful calm place with serene surroundings. Mr Cyriac and wife Ms Ravathy are very friendly and caring. We enjoyed the stay with them. Mr Cyriac is so keen to provide all our needs including food and beverages. Finally he piloted us in his own car up to the ‘Valiya pally’ where we have to attend a marriage ceremony.

Had a wonderful stay at this Kerala-style property. The house is spacious, with a cozy bedroom, a well-equipped kitchen and an outdoor kitchen in the backyard. The big speakers were a unique and delightful touch. The front area is perfect for enjoying a cup of tea and the beautifully maintained compound adds to the property's aesthetic charm. The beach is just 100 meters away, is always empty, offering a peaceful and private experience. Watching the beautiful sunset from the beach was truly special. Major tourist spots in Alappuzha are within 10 km. The Kerala-style breakfast was delicious and the host David was very responsive and helpful. A perfect getaway for a relaxing and aesthetic stay.

A really good stay if you're looking for something peaceful near Marari Beach. The place is surrounded by greenery, with neat and comfortable rooms. We were served breakfast and tea, which added a lovely homely touch. It's maintained by the host's parents, who were warm and welcoming. Just a heads-up, reaching the property was a bit tricky as the tuk-tuk couldn’t drive through the sandy path, so we had to carry our luggage a short distance. Overall, a calm and cozy stay amidst nature and perfect for a laid-back beach getaway.

Our recent stay at here was absolutely fantastic, earning a well-deserved 5-star review from us! From start to finish, the experience was seamless and incredibly pleasant.

This place is absolutely out of the movies, i.e. extremely serene stay (has a river in the verandah), with very old (but very much intact) house with a big space both outside the house and inside the house. Feels like a MUST-VISIT in kottayam, and I plan to visit this place in future too! It'll help if you visit this place with a car, so it'll become easy to travel to & fro with-in the city.

We had such a great time! We were seriously pampered by the staff and all of our needs were met. Two comments— first, the pictures in the listing are from when the resort was new, so there was definitely wear and tear we weren’t expecting, but everything was still clean and maintained. Secondly, two of the rooms had electricity issues while we were there— the staff dealt with the issues but it was a persistent problem for a few days. Otherwise our stay was great and we would recommend!

We had such a great time at the place. Kuruvilla and Jithu who stay on the property were so good with every one of our requests. They are the main reason for my high rating across the board. We are four friends who were there for 4 days and 3 nights. Had a blast. Keep in mind it is an hour drive from Kochi and 2 hours from Kochi airport. But it was worth it. Also make sure you choose the right number of people because that determines whether you get all bedrooms or not and how much you pay per day

Second time back and still absolutely lush. The place has such a calm, laid-back vibe – proper peaceful. You get cracking views of the sunrise and sunset, and if you’re anything like me and love just parking yourself outside with a cuppa, soaking up those stunning Kerala scenes, it’s spot on. Proper little getaway!

This always a great stay at allepey which was really private, super clean and had the most friendly hosts we've ever had. Was really sweet of them to have a beautiful complimentary breakfast prepared for us. A private pool to top it off.

I had initially mentioned regarding hosting one of our wedding events at the property and Manoj was very responsive and let us host it at the property. Then gave me the number of Ramachandran and rajendran who looks after the property! He was very responsive over the phone and let us come visit the property before the event. He had discussed everything with us. They even did our decor and food which was both outstanding and exactly what we asked for but even went above & beyond to make us happy. Breakfast was included. Our friends and family was so well looked after and was so happy with how everything turned out. Being a young couple they were very accommodating of all our request and was super flexible. The pool was definitely a highlight ..so nice to jump into at the end of the night and even in the morning. Genuinely so happy we found this place through Airbnb. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to have our Haldi event. Will definitely be visiting in the future.

Had a blast with my friends at this beautiful place..superb ambience, neat and spacious rooms, decent pool..above all, the staff were welcoming and took special care of us especially Mr Jeyaprakash..the food was also top notch, and the chef 's ( Sunil chettan ) kerala special sea food and beef preparations were out of this world..would definitely recommend this place for a peaceful weekend stay..

An amazing place for family and friends to unwind from their busy schedule and just sit near the river bank and retell old stories.

My family of 16 with2 kids stayed at this place during our visit to Alleppey. This is a beautiful property just 5 minutes walk from the beach. The host Paulson was very helpful. The evening we reached, the local restaurants were not delivering food as there was horrible traffic because of a local music fest. We took Paulson's motorcycle to get food. My family absolutely loved the stay, kids enjoyed the badminton, cricket, carrom and card games a lot. The only suggestion I would give is to put gates for the small indoor pool. It's a risk for people staying with small kids.

Good place for a peaceful stay

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! Kishore was an amazing host, always ready to help with anything we needed. The food was incredibly tasty, and I’d like to give a special thanks to the cooks for their delicious meals. Kishore also assisted us with booking cabs and even arranged a houseboat that perfectly fit our needs. The location was fantastic, just about 100 meters from the beach, making it easy to take relaxing strolls by the water. The property had a small but nice pool, perfect for a small family to enjoy. This was my first Airbnb home stay, and I must say it was well worth it. I highly recommend staying here for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient getaway!
