This beautiful Airbnb offers an entire, spacious and very cozy duplex apartment with a room with a king size bed for a good rest, a bathroom in the room, it has very good lighting and ventilation, it is on the 4th floor with access by stairs. It has areas such as a living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen (it has a beautiful island), terrace and laundry. It is in a central area, close to the terminal, shops, markets and Plaza de Armas, an excellent starting point to visit tourist places

We had a great stay in Violeta’s beautiful house. It was a great space and very comfy for us and the family. It is in a great location with local shops very close and Urubamaba town only a 10 minute walk. We wish we could have stayed longer

I had a wonderful stay in Maras. The place was exactly as described and looked just like the pictures. The kitchen was a huge plus, especially since there aren’t any restaurants in town, so having the option to cook was really convenient. The area is absolutely stunning, with beautiful golden fields, mountains, and plenty of trails for walking. The locals were incredibly kind, and I’m really looking forward to coming back. Oh, and there’s hot water in the shower, which is always a plus.

Familiar Apto With Stunning Mountain View

Clean and very comfortable two bedroom unit. Ankit was the perfect host! We were staying at the unit prior to a Machu Picchu hike, and our tour company kept giving us different information about where we would be picked up. Ankit offered to drive us to the meeting place at 5 AM! After the hike, my husband got sick and Ankit brought additional blankets so I could sleep in the living room to let DH get the best rest (and to try and avoid getting sick myself!). When we decided to to stay an extra day, we had to forgo our arranged driver back to Cusco, and Ankit said he could drive us for a very reasonable fee. There is a washer on site, so we left with clean clothes! I highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

I recommend taking precautions because there are no stores nearby, with this ready you will have an excellent stay. i will be back!

Magical little house with a view of the mountains

Good interior, well equipped. Good host, very responsive and helpful. Be prepared for regular water outages and a very tricky hot water shower. The shower does leak a bit, but a spare towel will help here. At the time of this review, the walking path is a mix of a dirty field and the edge of a dirty stream, so be prepared to walk cautiously at night. There is also a large construction zone in the front yard with debris, directly outside your door. The dogs are very friendly and always ready to greet you. The rooster next door will also enjoy chatting, even at 2am when you're trying to sleep. This is one of the few places in the town with a proper kitchen which is great. The internet is just a hotspot, so don't plan on important work with it, but basic communication works okay (the town has fiber optic available). Beautiful view of the mountains! Host addressed the water outage situation as best as possible, but I would recommend they install a backup tank.
