Fully remodelled stone house in the lower edge of the village of Merkada, surrounded by pure nature with unlimited view of the Sperchios valley to the sea and beyond. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The house has two independent floors, the one available is the 1st (ground) floor. It consists of a studio-like space with double bed, furniture, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Everything is brand new. A single size foldable bed is also available (after arrangement).

Located right in the heart of Patras, this beautiful 2-bedroom penthouse apartment, sits inside a pre-war building which belonged to my Greek grandfather. The building hosts the oldest working elevator in Patras, though a new elevator brings you directly to the 4th floor, where you can enjoy spectacular sea views from the balcony. Whilst only steps away from all the shops, restaurants and bars the apartment remains a quiet space.

Vacation house of about 50 square meters. Boat marine is at a distance of about 300 metres from the house. The house is 3 minutes from Aigeira and about 4 minutes from Derveni, both locations with bars, coffee shops, supermarkets and stores. **The house now has a new roof! The first floor apartment has a living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom.
