Beachfront holiday rental in Marathias Beach

We had a really great stay at Dimitra Houses! The apartment offered everything we needed + more, George was very helpful when we had any questions. Great and super friendly host. :) We especially loved that it's so close to the water. Having a morning coffee on the balcony, watching the waves, a dream :)

Everything was fantastic. Host was very friendly and the house was very spacious. Definitely recommend as the location is very good as well.

We had a great stay. The house is simple but modern, clean and equipped with every comfort. You have a spacious private garden that is directly adjacent to the beach. In the background you can sometimes hear the music of the beach clubs. We didn't find that disturbing.

the accommodation is very good and especially in a beautiful environment! We were lucky enough to have a few, which added to the calm and tranquility of the place. Tomas and his father gave us a great welcome! It felt like home. family and friendly atmosphere. The pool is super nice, well exposed! I bathed from 9am, a little cold at the end of April but so good that I could stay there without a problem!! relaxing! the small terrace of each accommodation is also very pleasant and allows you to eat or sit quietly! The beach and restaurants, supermarkets are within walking distance. We loved our stay of several days and it was difficult for us to leave! We would have stayed there much longer!! so no hesitation, we highly recommend it!

The place is just beautiful! You can tell that it was furnished with a lot of love and is still very well taken care of. It was super clean and was also cleaned very thoroughly again during our stay. The hosts are also very friendly, have always inquired about us and have been quick to reach. The view of the sea and the location on the beach sweeten the day in the morning. We were super happy and will definitely come back!!

We loved staying at Mia. The apartment was comfortable, relaxing and had everything we needed. It was a short walk to places to eat and small supermarkets. Nahla was a fantastic host and when I became ill, very quickly came to my assistance and helped me get medical attention. She went above and beyond to make sure I was ok. We were very appreciative of this. We recommend staying at Mia. We had a very enjoyable and relaxing time.

The villa is a special accommodation with a spectacular view. Dora and her mother were incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating. We loved staying here!!! ♥️

Where to start on our review for this little place with a massive heart A true home from home where we were made to feel so welcome by Yvonne and Keith We felt as if we’d known them for years and nothing was too much trouble Yvonne kindly picked us up from the airport which was amazing There was a welcome basket of goodies including some lovely local wine and if you want to venture further than Perama (don’t get me wrong there are lots of lovely tavernas overlooking the sea in Perama) but the local buses run regularly from the main road just five minutes from the property to Benitses (wonderful beaches) and to Corfu town with all its charm and character We also were free use the private beach at the Oasis hotel just across the road where two sunbeds cost just 6 euros for both We cannot praise our hosts enough for their kindness and hospitality Our stay was perfect and if we could give six stars we would Thank you Yvonne and Keith you are indeed super hosts

Wow, what an amazing place! The villa was stunning, it was modern and minimalist with great views across to Albania and Corfu Town. There were so many separate outside spaces to sit, it really worked well for a group of 6 adults and 2 children. It was clean and well equipped in the kitchen for eating in with a good sized gas BBQ. Barbati with it's lovely beach and great tavernas was easily walkable within 5 to 10 minutes. We hired cars but enjoyed staying at the villa so much we hardly used them. Would definitely recommend visiting Corfu town and hiring a boat to explore the coast.

This is a fantastic apartment situated above a busy pedestrian only area with restaurants and shops. It is quiet despite the area. The appointments are excellent and clean. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great apartment with beautiful views in the perfect location. ,Corfu town is a brilliant destination with lots of fabulous wine bars, restaurants and shops. Right outside the loft is a hotel with a great bar “the grape” perfect for a night cap or 2. Our host was excellent in terms of communication, arrangements and quality of the accommodation provided. The apartment is beautiful, superb view, sea a few meters away, very quiet place, perfect for exploring the island. Sophia provided us with useful information about restaurants and places to visit, for the arrival her son welcomed us perfectly we will return to this wonderful island

We stayed here for a week and it was beautiful and peaceful. The hosts were very friendly and helpful as well as their lovely dogs and cats. The place had everything you needed for a great stay and the kitchen, bathroom and living areas were very clean. We had a lot of fun on the paddle board that Dino let us use for the stay. The area was stunning and peaceful and the beach only a couple minutes from the place. The nearby harbour side has a great choice of restaurants and a boat rental. We would definitely stay again!!

The beautiful view in the pictures is even more beautiful in real life. If you want to experience a great sunset, you have the perfect opportunity to do so from the balcony. If necessary, you can also take the path down to the beach within a few minutes. The building is newly built and the apartment has been furnished in a modern and stylish way. Everything you can use during your stay is available in the apartment. The restaurant next door is recommended, the owner is very nice, the food is delicious and also with great views. Our check-in was uncomplicated. We were able to clarify everything via messages. Just as we arrived a little later than expected, because we had taken the ferry from Corfu and there were some delays there, we were nevertheless received personally and very friendly. We felt very comfortable and did not miss anything during the stay.

We spent a few days in Mesongi as a family of four while exploring Corfu, and our stay at George’s place was a memorable highlight. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. What truly set it apart was the warmth and hospitality George provided—it felt more personal and inviting than our subsequent stay at the larger Apollo Resort. That said, it’s important to know that the apartment sits above a vibrant and excellent traditional restaurant (which we highly recommend). With that comes some evening noise—clattering plates, conversation, and the energy of a Greek taverna in full swing. If you’re a light sleeper or turn in early, it may take some adjusting. Overall, if you value local flavor, authentic hospitality, and a central location in a lively village, this is a fantastic choice.
