De plus, Rohan est de très bon conseil concernant tout type d'activité au Sri Lanka, et s'est montré extrêmement serviable pour tout type de requête.

This property is great for Singles and Family with children, since its a total private property with a gated compound only guest are allowed to come in. Just opposite there is a nice fresh fruit juice shop, you will find different type of cuisine restaurant's within 5 to 15 mins walking distance, bakery and other daily essentials shops are very near by, beach is also within walking distance if you want to or tuk tuk is always available. Rooms are spacious and bright and very well maintained, staff is very helpful and always ready to guide and help you. Overall superb place, and very convenient. I would highly recommend this place. This bnb is one of the best places we've ever stayed. The personnel were extremely courteous and helped us not only for our stay with them, but also with the rest of our stay in Sri Lanka. We are already looking at staying with them in future vacations. The rooms were clean and well appointed. Air conditioning and fans both available. The grounds are beautiful and well kept and we used the pool. It was nice too. We will recommend this place to all friends looking to travel here.

Nice location and having a swimming pool was great as that day it was very windy. Well communication and a great team. I recommend the place!

Хороший вариант чтобы переночевать после прилёта или перед отлётом. Условия комфортные. Есть небольшой бассейн. Можно заказать чтобы приготовили поесть. Есть стоянка для машины. Организовывают лёгкий трансфер в аэропорт. На фото показана кухня, но реально на кухне только чайник, раковина с краном, холодильник и шкафчики. Ни посуды ни плиты там нет.

Very nice place to stay in Ettukala/Negombo. The room is spacious, with long balcony, well kept, clean and has a good A/C. There is a small restaurant in the location with optional breakfast. The swimming pool is a welcomed addition. The hosts are super friendly and helpful. It was a very pleasant stay, well worth its price. The only thing we wouldn't recommend is the external massage parlor they cooperate with (affordable but not really worth it).

After a very nice stay at the beginning of my vacation, I decided to book another night for the end of my trip, to be closer to the airport. Was welcomed back with open arms, had great food, and received help with arranging transport.

What a great stay we had at Topaz Beach Hotel! The hotel offers all we needed as a family of four, great location on the beach, swimming pool which the kids loved and the most welcoming, lovely team of people you could imagine. Wonderful! Het verblijf was echt fantastisch goed geregeld. Alle medewerkers zijn super vriendelijke en willen je overal bij helpen. Ik waande me als hun enige gast, zoveel aandacht kreeg ik. Strand is dichtbij, prachtige plek voor een zonsondergang op eerste rang. Het eten is vers en goed bereid. Genoeg ruimte om te doen wat je wilt. Aan een ieder aan te raden.

we stayed only few hours due to early flight and late sign in. Location was perfect for that due to the easy acceess to the airport. Yet it was peaceful.
