Holiday rentals with a patio in Marawila

Very good host, very attentive, very good.

We stayed at Silunas AirBnb for one month and loved every day of it. It’s located in a beautiful, fairly quiet area yet everything you need is close by – many restaurants and a supermarket are in walking distance and getting to Colombo city center by car or trisho takes less than half an hour. We really loved the big terrace surrounded by palm trees, banana plants, cute chipmunks and fireflies at night. Towards the end of our stay we did however have a problem with a lot of ants inside of the apartment that seemed to be emerging out of nowhere despite not leaving any food out in the open. Overall though we really enjoyed our time in Silunas place and felt very much at home :)

This place is home in paradise. From the cleanliness, systematic checkin in checkout procedures to the hosts availability to help out is just commendable. The view from the stay? Oh boy! It’s to die for! I would recommend this Airbnb a 120%.

Mahesh place was alawesome! it's just rhe place we were looking for. beach front, pool, very secure with security 24/7. The room was the best part we had a view of the Indian ocean just few feet away. inside was extremely clean and had ac in every room and living room. Had all what we needed for a great stay. Mahesh was very friendly and responsive for any questions we had. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. 5 stars!!!

This was a one night stay for us but it was our favorite stay. First of all, the parking space was perfect and roomy unlike other apartments. The caretaker took us up personally to the apartment. The entire apartment was decorated beautifully. 3 air conditioners worked flawlessly. fridge, microwave, and a big TV. The bathroom is a bit small but perfectly clean. there are a few stains on the couch and bed cover I found in the wardrobe.

I stayed in few places during my visit to Sri Lanka and this was the best place out of all 3. The apartment was really beautiful and luxurious. Had a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea and a beautiful infinity pool. Staff were friendly and the host was very accommodating and friendly. Will definitely come back here

First of all, the stay was amazing, with adequate ammenties & cozy vibes. Easy & quick check in. The owner was very friendly, responsive & gave a lot of insights about the city. as people from other country, we found it very useful. Also the home cooked food was very good, spring hoppers chicken curry ,Sambal and phol roti is a must try.

Great location, great amenities, The working staff does a good job to keep it clean and safe. pool, gym and party room is great. Safest place we saw. So many restaurants, Grocery shops and a laundry in waling distance

Nelson’s place is great. Close to the main road and a short tuk tuk to the beach or other places on the coast. Lovely house overlooking coconut plantation. Very tidy, great beds, lots of amenities. Would def recommend. Thanks for looking after us Nelson!

In a nutshell, the whole layout of the house was beyond expectations and matched Australian standards. Everything was pristinely clean and the kitchen was fully equipped and even included an air fryer. Though we didn't cook during our six-week stay, as our friends and family supplied our meals, we appreciate the amenities. The beautiful garden and the peaceful and secure neighbourhood, made us feel safe as if we were in our own home. The owner's father who lived nearby was very helpful and approachable. Every little detail has been addressed and even the universal plugs and switchboard were thoughtfully provided for our own appliances. Another major attraction and a favourite was the washing and drying space provided on the rooftop, which gave us a good view of the surrounding area and the wildlife. Can be fully recommended to anyone who values a clean, peaceful and spacious home while travelling.

Great place to stay if you want to be immersed in local life and beautiful surroundings. Very peaceful. It was close to several eateries. I went into Colombo and there were two bus stops within walking distance. It took a bit over an hour to go to Colombo fort via bus or about a 35/45min tuk tuk ride. I didn't mind it being far away. It's very close to the airport. The accommodation is incredibly spacious and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the balcony where I would eat some of my meals.

Brilliant stay! This was my first time using Airbnb in Sri Lanka, and it truly exceeded all expectations. The apartment was clean, tidy, and exactly as pictured. I felt incredibly secure thanks to the gate security. Having two clean and tidy bathrooms and bedrooms was a major plus. The location was excellent, with easy access to the main road, and the proximity to the airport was very convenient. But what truly made this stay exceptional was the host, JJ. Their communication was outstanding, with prompt and helpful responses to all my queries. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Sri Lanka!

This was the BEST place we stayed at for the entire trip in Sri Lanka, even though other locations were pretty good too. What made it different is the level of attention everything was given. it did not feel like renting out bnb, it is a fully furnished apartment that feels like home. every single thing is well thought out, and nothing lacks. it is simply a piece of heaven and most beautiful. highly recommend to anyone and wish we could have stayed longer. The host family went out of their way to help us around too. They even let us check out later because the flights were in the evening and rode us to the airport. my friend's review was that: - Well furnished apartment, great and considerate host family who make you feel at home - small details are attended to - Value for money and a joy to live in ...to say the least! thank you so much Anuka, Nilan and Janani for giving us a home away from home. We love this place. Everything good. We like coconut trees in the estate. The caretaker Damayanthi and her children very helpful beyond our words. They explained everything about Sri Lanka. Everything as described in about this apartment Villa in the Airbnb listing. They allowed us to use upstairs without any additional charges. Caretakers are extremely helpful. That is the highlight of our stay

I recently visited with my family for a peaceful getaway, and it truly exceeded all of our expectations. The property, located near beautiful beaches, offered an incredibly serene atmosphere with stunning views all around. My kids had an unforgettable time in the rooftop infinity pool, and we felt completely at ease knowing the space was safe for them to enjoy on their own. The condo itself was immaculate, organized, and designed with the elegance of a five-star hotel. Additionally, its location just 10 minutes from the airport made it easy for us to settle in quickly and maximize our time exploring Colombo. Without a doubt, this was one of the best decisions I've made in a long time, and we will definitely be returning. The host was exceptional friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful in providing clear instructions and making sure our stay was seamless. Highly recommended!
