Alison's kind hospitality & welcoming was excellent & the accommodation was stunning & immaculate. If you like a quiet location it's ideal but travelling across Cornwall is no problem as main rd's are accessible from Helston. Alison gave us some good recommendations for restaurants which we tried & were delighted with.

Georgia is a kind host. We went to St Ives by night train for first time. she made sure we had got the right train. My husband became ill during the train trip. The lady helped us chek in very early to rest. Cozy place made us fell like home. Wellcoming us with all the goodies mike, juice, tea, coffee pods, bagels and loco biscuits. Location of the place was perfect near everything. The place was clean and tidy. We loved it there and we will be there again and again.

What a great find! We’ve been visiting St Ives for many years and happened to notice Anna’s place when our daughter decided not to join us and we looked for somewhere new. Absolutely beautiful accommodation, which exceeded expectations and completely spotless. Everything you need for a totally relaxing stay including some special treats waiting for us on arrival. The photos matched the accommodation perfectly. Great kitchen, really comfortable bed, excellent bathroom and shower, great living room with a smart TV for when you need it. Easy to walk into town and back. It is uphill but from Porthmeor beach takes about 12 minutes to get up and 8 minutes to get down. So many restaurants and bars to choose from. Lovely walks and great scenery. If you’ve not been to St Ives before you must go, and if you’ve are looking for the perfect accommodation then this is it. Oh and did I mention the garage - great for parking the car and essential in St Ives as parking is not easy.

My wife and I had a marvelous one week stay in this cosy and tranquil condo with panoramic views of gorgeous Carbis Bay and easy access to public transport, including the local rail service that runs between St Ives and St Erth just five minutes walk downhill. Spotlessly clean and well provisioned, with a huge light filled kitchen featuring newer appliances, and one of the bathrooms conveniently located downstairs. It was such a pleasure staying in a place reflecting pride of ownership and professional management, creating a thoroughly enjoyable guest experience. The master bedroom mattress was a bit too soft for us, but we seem to be the outliers based on reviews. Highly recommend.

Beautiful 2 night stay at Emma’s place for my birthday weekend! My boyfriend and I fell in love with the apartment and will 100% return and stay for longer next time. The Cornish character all over the apartment was a gorgeous touch! The pictures on the listing don’t do it justice, it’s 10x better in person. Emma was great also, we checked in just after 3:30pm, perfect location to explore and enjoy St Ives. We loved it!! Thank you so much for having us, especially for our first time in Cornwall :)

The annex was a lovely place to stay. It was a perfect size for 2 adults and a dog! Very local with the beach a 5 minute drive away. The property was lovely and clean and tidy, well equipped kitchen area included! Geoff responded quickly and had a flexible check in time! The only down side is there wasn’t a garden for the dog to have a wee, however it wasn’t listed so was my fault, Geoff was able to give an area to take him just up the road and no issues Would happily stay here again

I could not rate this gorgeous apartment highly enough. I could have stayed for weeks - there was so much thought which had gone into every detail to make it comfortable, homely and welcoming. It was spotlessly clean, and the welcome goodies were much appreciated. Many thanks Ali for your care, and wonderful hospitality.

Lovely and comfortable spot overlooking the the beautiful bay and harbor. Gorgeous views from the big window and the place has everything you need for a short stay in St Ives. Good location very close walking distance to the beach and central town. Jacob was a very helpful and responsive host and the house notes /directions are very clear. There's no parking in front of the house but the nearest public lot is about a 5 min walk away. Would recommend this sweet spot!

Spacious garden building. Not too far from the harbour. Parking was fine. Teaspoon and a bit of crockery would be a good addition bit generally we were happy with our stay

Chloe and Mark were very responsive and helpful with all our queries. They even cleaned the apartment 3days into our stay. My daughters loved the beach equipment they had provided. All in all, a pleasure.

Paul was full of helpful information and very patient with us after a delay in getting to the property. It is located in a beautiful area and is very comfortable as a home base for touring the surroundings. They were great host.

Excellent host! Everywhere spotlessly clean and well maintained. Portable electric cooking rings in addition to kettle, toaster, microwave and air fryer. All cutlery, utensils, cups crockery and glasses that you’d need. Newly installed outdoor sink for washing dishes.

The place was great. Awesome stay and highly recommended!

We spent three unforgettable nights at the Carbis Bay apartment in Cornwall, and it completely exceeded our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking sea views visible from several rooms—a true coastal paradise. The apartment itself was beautifully appointed and incredibly comfortable. We particularly loved the spacious bathrooms—one of them even featured a luxurious jacuzzi, which made our mornings and evenings feel exceptionally indulgent. The kitchen was a standout: large, well-equipped, and perfect for preparing meals or simply enjoying coffee while gazing at the sea. It made the space feel like a home away from home. Everything felt thoughtfully curated, from the serene decor to the superb furnishings.

Loved staying at Boswhidden! Super clean accommodation, comfy bed, lots of space, everything I needed in the kitchen. View across the bay was a delight to see every morning. Located less than a 10 minute walk to Carbis Bay beach and a 2 minute walk to Tesco. Conveniently located off the St Ives road so super easy to find. Mandy was really friendly and communicated well, checking everything was ok when I arrived but never overbearing or intrusive. She even made sure the welcome biscuits and milk were suitable for my dietary. Would absolutely recommend Boswhidden and would return myself.

Awesome Stay – Highly Recommend! I had such a great time staying at Cathie's place! The place was super clean, cozy, and exactly like the photos—maybe even better. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, from a comfy bed to a well-stocked kitchen. The host was amazing—really friendly and easy to communicate with. They were always quick to respond if I had any questions. You can tell they really care about making sure guests feel at home. With some nice spots nearby to explore. It was also easy to get around from here, which made my trip even smoother. Overall, it was just a really relaxed and enjoyable experience. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m in the area. Big thanks to the host for making everything so easy and welcoming!

We absolutely loved our stay at Mary’s beautiful home. It exceeded our expectations the location was incredible, only a short and beautiful walk into the town. Next to the best beach. Every room was very clean and had everything we needed. Mary was very help helpful and quick to respond to any queries. Would highly recommend. Made a special birthday just perfect.

Stunning apartment, spacious and modern . Very clean. Welcome pack provided and toiletries. Beautiful views across the bay. 5 min walk down to the sea. 10 mins back ( uphill ! ) Lovely balcony to have a glass of wine. Peaceful location. Would thoroughly recommend.

We had the most amazing weather for our stay. Two of us shared the apartment. We discovered various steps to take us to town. The cab to the flat from the station was only £6 and well worth it on the way up! We really enjoyed The Sloop Inn and a restaurant called Silko on the quay St Ives. The best coffee by far was Mount Zion. The flat was really quiet and the beds comfortable. The Spa was really great and the views from the Spa Hotel were great. Lunch there was v tasty and the staff were sympathetic.

George and Chris instantly made us feel at home, they were really welcoming and were so easy to talk too. We really felt they were 'our kind' of people! They left us a wonderful little hamper style arrangement with milk, butter, sourdough, eggs and even a bottle of wine. The Hay Loft was absolutely spotless and has everything one needs. The quality of appliances and general finishing is of the highest quality. The kitchen is sublime, perfectly oriented, very considered and well laid out. The hot tub is the best we've ever encountered, huge and much more comfortable than normal. The bed is also incredibly comfortable, West End of LDN hotel standard, really very good indeed. The icing on the cake is the three wonderful dogs they have too, Tootsy, Inky and the crazy spaniel who's name evades me 😂 We would come back again 100%

My husband and son really enjoyed their stay they said the accommodation was beautiful and you were a fantastic host, the rooms were clean and the hot tub was lovely. Will definitely book this accommodation again.

Lovely place with beautiful little beach/ cove within walking distance. I would definitely recommend. Needed a place to visit child at university and this fitted and exceeded the bill.
